Parking was easy and there were plenty of parking spaces. The young lady at the ticket booth was a big help.

I pre purchased a parking spot three days before the event. When I arrived the lot was full and no spots left. I contacted customer service to get a refund and never heard back. Would not recommend using this app. They over sell spaces and then won't refund your money

The parking was excellent. I am handicap and this was the closest we could get.

We parked here for Metallica Friday 8/9, getting in was a breeze and we tailgated. Very friendly attendees. Walking to the stadium was close. Leaving the parking garage was also smooth despite the enormous amount of traffic. Overall very pleased with our Waldron parking experience

Parking guys did ok, night 2 of two day concert they tried to route my oversized to a normal spot and night 1 weren't the friendliest but they did ok. Parking people is rough.

Parking lot was closed off. I wasn’t able to get in, they had everything blocked off. I paid 58 to then pay again just to park somewhere else. Multiple routes were blocked off. Not a great night for me and my 8 year old son. We missed all of the open acts because of delays.

It was worked out really good when you buy it on the line it helped us in and out and I’m coming back again on a Sunday for Metallica two thanks

Quick access from Lakeshore drive. Leaving at night was a little confusing as there is no clear direction of how to exit,

Bought a pass for an event then 24 hours later it was canceled w/ no explanation. I did not initiate the cancelation. Called the number in the email and they could not tell me why nor could they purchase the spot back for me. Luckily I was still in time to buy it again but I easily could have missed out with a full lot or worse, miss the email that it was canceled when I tried to scan my code.

Reserved spot but you sold it for cash when I got to the venue. This place is a scam!
