Thought it overpriced at $58 for…
Thought it overpriced at $58 for parking for just a few hours. Pre purchase was great, as at least we knew there was a reserved spot for us. Proximity to stadium was great. Egress afterward was organized and went smoothly.

PREPAID BUT NO SPOT!
The customer service was great, thus the 2 stars. However it was HELL trying to get to the garage off of 18th street with everyone merging for us to go around AGAIN to get into the garage… to find NO SPACES LEFT AFTER WE PREPAID!! I called to an attendant who gave us a front row spot, but it was stressful and I was panicking!

Super simple!
Super simple! Scanned parking pass purchased in advance. Lots of people directing traffic. Great spot! Thanks for making it so easy for someone who does not go downtown often and rarely drives. I was impressed.

It went super smooth except for traffic…
It went super smooth except for traffic control making it a little hard to get to but that’s to be expected for a big stadium event. Ideally in the app you should be able to click on the address of the lot and that would transfer into the driving program. I had to do a few manual workarounds to get there was the only downside.
