Entered the parking complex at the Warner Building with no issue, leaving on the other hand was a problem. Tried multiple times swiping my prepaid parking ticket to no avail. Pressed the help button and spoke with an employee on the speaker who's command of the english language was horrible, could not understand 3/4 of the things he was asking or speaking about finally he just dropped off (hung up). By this time we had 5 cars lined up behind us. Pressed the help button again, and the gentleman who got on the line spoke clearly and distinctly and we were able to resolve the issue. But not before we had a long line of perturbed drivers lined up behind us.

I made an on-line reservation for an overnight parking in WDC. The address I was given for the parking garage was wrong (514 12th St NW). I went to 3 different parking garages in the 500 block of 12th Street and all 3 said I was in the wrong place. I ended up having to go elsewhere. On a positive note, my fee was refunded with no questions asked.

The online reservation and the parking lot we chose were both great; however, the staff (at the parking lot) wasn't quite nice. We were unable to go back in the building to get our car and had to walk through the car access lane.

I bought an eight hour chunk of time online, and it was $12 less than if I had just shown up to the garage. It was easy- a QR code was emailed to me, and I just scanned it at the garage. I recommend this.

I bought the tickets by internet. When I came there nobody is in there and I took a ticket because I was impossible to scan my parking voucher. I paid twice for the same service??
