I was sent a fine by ParkingEye claiming that I had overstayed my time in a shopping car park. Parking Mate provided an excellent letter for a small fee which set out my defence in precise detail, and I subsequently had my fine cancelled as a result. Parking Mate are well worth using in these circumstances.

Shocking service
Shocking service! I have paid for £4.99 for the letter, once letter received, I have tried to submit the appeal, it didn’t work, then I have requested a help through WhatsApp, they have asked me for the photos of PCN, all submitted, yet no response, once chased - rude response received. Happy to share WhatsApp messages!

Rubbish. Not interested beyond providing a letter of appeal. Had high hopes due to positive reviews of this company. However, they are only interested in positive outcomes... anything less they ignore.

Hi Sonia,
This is a new service and our appeal service is self service to keep the costs low and fast.
We provide 5 emails, 4 videos and a customised set of instructions for each appeal which is enough to provide guidance and support.
We will consider putting people on hand to help in future but this will be very expensive to run and very slow.
I appreciate your review but please be mindful that you might be discouraging people who want to use a service that saves so much hassle on parking ticket appeals.

Awesome result

It really works
I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but it really worked. They did everything for me and successfully defended claim and I didn't have to pay £473. I can honestly recommend them.

Exceptional
This is an excellent service. Having been dealing with an aggressive and unreasonable litigation company Parking Mate managed to have the court case brought against me struck out.
The service from start to finish was fast, efficient and easy to understand.

Support through an intimidating process
These cases are a drawn out, stressful process, where intimidation is used in the form of bureaucratic bamboozlement. Put under enough stress with no support it's hard not to give in to remove that pressure even if you believe it's unjust. Very grateful to Parking Mate providing that shield of reassurance and knowledge of the process stages and the firms' tactics to allow a fair result even if it takes years.

Leo worked tirelessly to help us deal with a PCN including getting a wrongly issued CCJ set aside. The result was the parking companies legal team dropping the case at the last minute. Highly recommend his service to help fight these ruthless, unscrupulous, bullies

Keep away, once you pay they go quiet
after paying for their service and help i sent them 3 Emails regarding my appeal - did not have the courtesy to reply - basically once they received payment they went radio silent and did a runner.
I would not recommend their service :(

Custom service is non-existent
Leo has started to ignore me. I purchased his services back in 2020 for a parking ticket, which either wasn't appealed or was unsuccessful. Four years later, I got a court letter and texted Leo on WhatsApp, where he said to purchase the court service on the website but completely ignored the fact that they had appealed this in the past. I've been trying to contact him for the past week and have received no response.
To add, I purchased his service less than a month ago for a separate new parking ticket, which was rejected, and he isn't responding to my matters either!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Was sent a parking charge notice, filled in the questionnaire on the Parking Mate site, paid the £4.99, sent the appeal letter to the private parking company, and within two weeks, the charge was cancelled. Highly recommend!

Definitely worth the money
Got ‘caught’ at the infamous McDonald’s Stansted scam hotspot. I know I could have appealed this myself for free but could not afford the time to trawl through the information on forums such as Martin’s MSE and get my head bitten off if I asked the wrong question. For me the small initial outlay to get a professionally written letter was more than worth it for saving time and sanity. The scammers dropped the case once it went to POPLA.
Would not hesitate to recommend Parkingmateuk
