Amazing. The delivery company delivered my parcel practically on the street and someone took it. Parthea sent me my parcel as a gesture of goodwill and I’m so grateful.

Zero communication about a return

I sent several emails about returning the dress however I have not received any contact. Terrible service, I would not recommend this company.

Low quality and no shape

The dresses are REALLY BAD. They have no shape, the measurements are not true to size and the quality of the material is really bad. I ordered two “satin” dresses and they are not of satin and they are dull with wrinkles. I look like a potato bag with this dress and I’m sure my body is not that way.

I requested to return the dress because…

I requested to return the dress because it does not meet my expectations. However, I have not received any further response to my emails.

Instead, I was provided with a return address in China and informed that I must cover the return shipping costs. This information was not stated anywhere in your return policy at the time of purchase.

Regarding our return policy, we do state that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a quality issue. This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered dress from the delivery company dropped my package at the wrong address it’s now been over 3months I’ve send several emails and no response if I order something I expect to receive it it’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered!

I ordered two hats on January 21

I ordered two hats on January 21, 2026. I received a confirmation notice and money was taken from our account. I never received an email with tracking number or the hats as stated they could do. I have reached out to them two weeks later and they said they did not have the order, I sent them my confirmation email and order number in a separate email and they said they did not have my order. Not sure how that is possible.

Additionally, our store has never sold hats — we specialize exclusively in women’s dresses and tops.

The company sent me the wrong item but…

The company sent me the wrong item but claims my order was delivered through delivery confirmation. Yes, I received a package, but it was THE WRONG ITEM. They will not make good on my order by sending the correct one. BUYER BEWARE.

The quality does not match the expectations, the size are incorrect and when I emailed Selena for a refund she didn’t even bother to respond. Avoid at any cost

I'm very happy with this store

I'm very happy with this store. I got the wrong size, but the seller immediately replaced it and sent it quickly. The dress arrived in perfect condition, fits beautifully, I'm very happy.

Just helping people not get scammed

Just helping people not scammed. My friend bought from you and said that the return policy is ridiculous and was forced to keep a dress that was lacking in quality. I almost bought from you guys… so glad I decided to check here. I will warn all my friends off from buying from you guys. Ridiculous!

Not worth it, looks cheap

Some dresses look nice, others look so cheap and trashy! Retoure is only possible if you send it back to China for 40€ (even though it has been sent from my own country to me).
I would not buy there again, waste of money
