Rowan at Partridge Mini, Excellent
I was looking to buy an approved Mini and was shown and dealt with by Rowan. He was excellent, the whole experience at my pace, no pressure applied and made to feel at ease through each stage of the process. He really made it an enjoyable experience test driving a couple of their cars to narrow down what worked best for me.

Fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience with Rowan on Sunday. He really knows what he is talking about unlike many other dealerships and clearly has a love for all things mini! Disappointed
Bought our mini back in April and wanted to collect on 1st May. We were persuaded to collect on the 30th April with the promise of a full 12 months tax. When I checked the tax runs out at the end of March 27. Complained and was told they no longer do this even though the DVLA allow them to get 1 year and 1 week tax on a new car. No compensation and no call back to discuss further hence my now 1 star review. If you buy a new car don’t get talked into collecting earlier than you want to. Very disappointing.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet the standards you expected, particularly regarding the vehicle taxation discussed prior to collection. We completely understand why this was disappointing, especially as your decision to collect the vehicle earlier than originally planned was influenced by the information provided at the time.
Having reviewed the matter internally, we identified that an error was made regarding the taxation period applied to the vehicle. Whilst this was not intentional, we fully appreciate that this does not change the frustration and disappointment caused.
We regret that we have not been able to reach a resolution that you feel is satisfactory. We did make contact after the issue was raised and have since attempted to continue the conversation, as we genuinely wanted the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and explore whether there was a way forward.
Customer experience is extremely important to us, and we are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of your expectations. If you would be willing to speak with us again, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the matter personally and see if there is anything further we can do.
