Sebastian Szczypior at Partridge BMW Hampshire is absolutely top notch!
We received exceptional service and Sebastian ticked all the boxes! His level of professionalism is grade A number 1.
There was never any high pressure, and certainly no nonsense, just clear and pricise information on Sebastian's part.
I highly recommend Sebastian if you are looking to purchase a BMW.

Brought a second hand BMW X5
Brought a second hand BMW X5 , when I say second hand it was 2 years old, now it’s just coming up for its first mot and been told it got to bold tyres which I didn’t expect especially when one is front drives side and the other is rear passenger side took it to local garage and the the tracking is out . When I spoke the Partridge they told me there was nothing wrong and the car was checked before I brought it. Not a very happy customer like to sell you the car but after sales service very poor

We understand it is frustrating to discover tyre wear and alignment issues, particularly with your vehicle approaching its first MOT.
As the vehicle was purchased around a year ago and has been in use since then, it's difficult for us to determine what may have caused these issues over that period. Wheel alignment can be affected by a number of factors during ownership, such as road conditions, potholes, kerb impacts, or general wear and tear. This can also affect tyre wear.

Purchase of used BMW X1
Recently purchased a used BMW X1 from Partridge of Hampshire and the experience was very good. The dealer had good range of used cars and allowed us plenty of time to look over the cars and take for a test drive to help us make our choice. The sales executive Zoe was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, she worked hard to get the best deal possible. The collection was arranged with Zoe to be one week after the sale was agreed and went very smoothly, all the minor cosmetic issues had been rectified to a good standard, the hand over process and introduction to the car was completed efficiently by Zoe. Since the purchase Zoe has also followed up several times to ensure all is going well with the new car. Would certainly use Partridge again and recommend dealing with Zoe.

Great Service buying my new BMW
From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable, we just went in to look and test drive a particular model
James the sales rep was excellent and guided us through the process should we decide to buy, after the test drive we were happy and placed an order on a stock vehicle
About a week later after completing all the relevant paperwork I picked up my new vehicle
The process also included selling our existing electric vehicle
We were very impressed with James, he answered all our questions thoroughly and we were very impressed with Partridge BMW
