I have been using Party Headphones for my Halloween event for the past four years. They make the shipping and return process seamless and convenient. The headphones come pre charged as well, which is one less stressor when you are throwing a big event. Their customer service is responsive and overall helpful. I’d definitely recommend using this company for your party needs!

This was the best party we have ever hosted! Party Headphones was incredibly easy and made for a super memorable event. Our guests all had a blast, and we ranged from ages 6 to 65! My 13 year old set everything up, and by the end of the night my 9 year old was playing DJ. We packed everything back up and dropped it off at a FedEx location around the corner! Nothing would have made this better. Thank you for helping make such fun memories!

We celebrated my 50th and had an idea of this. It was so fun. Everyone had a blast. We laughed and danced and sang like cats. I have recommended you all to everyone. My sister is looking to do it for her birthday in December. I would use you all again. Easy to order and set up and send back!

We have used Party Headphones for several events and have always been impressed with them! They have open lines of communication, timely delivery, and have worked with us when events have been canceled. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

This was really lovely. I was a little concerned about timing since I was leaving for the venue two days before the event, but the package arrived on the day before I left and everything worked.

The only downside was that my DJ needed an RCA to RCA cable and PH do not provide that. They are upfront about that, but I believe they've included it in the past and I recommend they include it in the future in case your DJ mixes things up.

Our Executive Admin Assistant, Brandon Romero, was great to work with and answered emails quickly. I had an issue with the delivery and Brandon was able to resolve it so we had our headphones in time for the festival.

I rented headphones for my wedding after party. I worked closely with Brandon and he was super helpful through the entire process. The headphones were super easy to use and everyone LOVED them. Their communication was great and they responded to my initial questions immediately, while some of the other competitors didn't get back to me until a day later.

The headphones arrived with plenty of time to spare, and everything was clear on how to send them back.

I had previously done silent disco on a cruise and at a resort. I assumed they come pre programmed with 3 channels to choose between, I had no idea I needed 3 completely separate account to the set up each channel to music. We could only get 2 channels to work and it was more of a hassle than worth it. Unless, you have someone designated at your event to run it all and not participate and experienced in all things electronic.
