I have been using Pata since September 2025 and am super happy that I made the switch from my other booking system which was not aimed at pet professionals.
The switch was seamless, the Pata team moved all of my client details over for me.
I have recently set up my online booking on Pata (which I was super nervous about!!) but so far, so good!

The change over from my previous provider was seamless. Massively helped by the team. Ever since, I have been very happy with them. As a dog groomer, one of the most useful features is taking of deposits from customers and tracking that.

We switched from Tuft with ease with full support from Ruben and the team, it was the one thing I was worried about but it went smoothly and didn’t cause any business running issues, all our customers have commented on how much easier it is to use, its really user friendly.

Pata is a great database. I use this for my cat grooming business. I've used a couple of other popular ones and for me this is definitely the most straight forward one to use, with everything you need and really accessible.
No pressure to buy any adds on or subscriptions like other brands.
They're constantly updating the features and listen to their customers on what features maybe helpful. Great customer service.
