Had to get my local window cleaner to service once patch left and would not recomend them!

I have been recently moved over to Patch App after they bought the round of another company. First few cleans were ok, but they always left with windows wet and with dirty water droplets. This mornings clean can only be described as shocking. With bird dirt left on two windows, windows frames left dirty and my patio door frame left more dirty than it was yesterday. Emailed to cancel but have not yet had a reply.

Honestly if you are offering a Window Cleaning service, rule one is leave the windows clean.

Shocking just had my windows done. There dirtier now then they was before they came.

I've just had my windows clean again by Callum from Patch. He is always cheerful and does a great job, treating my property with care and respect. Patch themselves offer much more than just window cleaning and are always contacting for those little job you may need doing.

Great and efficient work. My only issue was the invoicing which I did not initially receive.

Although my gutters were cleared, the gully between the conservatory that has been cleared by previous companies was not cleared even though it was full of weeds and I paid considerably more with Patch. I feel bare minimum was accomplished and agreed that as I am happy with the window cleaning but was disappointed and now have to arrange an additional company.

Nathan who cleaned my gutters and conservatory roof was really good with his clearing of the gutter and even my hard to do conservatory roof came up spotless. I was very pleased with this service and have already recommended both the window cleaning and gutter and conservatory roof cleaning to my friends and neighbours as well as my family members. Whenever it needs clearing and cleaning again I won’t hesitate to get in touch with Patch it was really efficient and totally cleared up any mess that was caused so his reward was a hot drink before he left. Really good value for money and a job well done 👏👏👏

We have been using patch app for 6 months and are very happy with the service. Easy to set up payments are made electronically. We get regular emails about the clean. Would highly recommend.

I have lived in my big old house for 22 years and in that time, I've had three window cleaners. One for 18 years, one for 3 months and now Patch, 2 cleans in.... My windows have NEVER been this clean before... I'm delighted ☺️ 😁 🪟✨️ thank you Patch!

Mack did an excellent job all all out house windows. Workmen were in our home and complimented him too 👍🏻

This company hires freelance staff and does not pay their invoices.

The first invoice went unpaid for months they paid us only when they wanted to ask us to do more work for them.
In hindsight I believe if they had no more work we wouldn’t have been paid the first time.

However as freelancers times can be tough and we didn’t want to turn any work down at the time so we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt.

I guess there was no more work as they’ve decided to leave our last invoice unpaid.

Connor I have tried as you know to ring you, text you, my colleague has emailed you, and you appear not to have a regular customer service line unless we are working. (by the way we did a really good job handling your angry dissatisfied customers and really deserved to be paid for our time)

Highly recommend very professional and courteous. Windows cleaned to very high standard.

I’ve used patch for a few months now, very friendly team, do a great job in all weathers and have never missed.
Reliable honest service, I definitely recommend.

Cannot fault this company keeps you up to date about everything when they are coming , completed or the odd occasion there is a change of date. They are professional, do a fabulous job, pleasant and courteous - couldn’t ask for anything more.
I have a dog and they always ensure the gate is closed when they leave … oh and my windows and patio doors sparkle 😊

Reliable, efficient and a great service💯 would definitely recommend. In fact I have to my friend but unfortunately there was no round in her area.

Hi, I paid deposit of £15, on 15th of May someone had to come for a window clean, however no one showed up and couldn't contact anyone as app didn't work for couple of days. From this time onwards didn't see or hear from them anymore. Looks like a complete scam.
