Extremely disappointing experience as a new customer.
My very first appointment was missed due to a scheduling error on Tidal's part. The appointment was then rearranged, but shortly before the new date I unexpectedly received a message from the window cleaner saying he was coming the following day. This completely contradicted all the written communication I had received from Tidal.
When I queried this, Tidal acknowledged the scheduling error, apologised, confirmed the correct appointment and assured me everything had been noted on my account.
Despite those assurances, the rearranged appointment was also missed.
As a new customer, this is a terrible first impression. I was patient throughout, responded promptly to messages, arranged access to my property and gave the company every opportunity to put things right. After two missed appointments and repeated scheduling errors, I've lost confidence in their reliability and will be looking for a more dependable company instead.
Sadly, I cannot recommend Tidal Services based on my experience.

I was recommended to connect Tidal to clean my mums windows. Anthony was assigned the job. He arrived when stated, was polite, friendly and respectful. He did a great job and has booked the next clean for 8wks time. The app is easy to use and you are kept informed about your appointment.

I've had Joe come round for a few…
I've had Joe come round for a few months now, I get a text to tell me when so he can access the property. He always does a brilliant job cleaning my windows and im very pleased with the results.

Finally a great regular windiw cleaning service!
Finally, a regular window cleaning service ... I can now see out of my windows! The gutters and downpipes have also bedn cleaned. Great service, pleased as punch!

So happy with Tidal - they are reliable and the work is done to a good standard. This is the longest I’ve had a window cleaning company as many just disappear and you are left looking for an alternative.

We moved to the area a few months ago…
We moved to the area a few months ago and Liam Blackburn is our Tidal window cleaner. He is friendly, efficient and keeps us informed. Frames and doors get cleaned at the same time as the windows which is a great help.

Waited 6 months or so for an initial…
Waited 6 months or so for an initial gutter cleaning, then when I did finally hear anything, the job was repeatedly rescheduled with no apologies and excuses. Service now cancelled after they again didn't turn up as promised yesterday.
