We visited the store in McArthur Glen outlet in Cannock on 5th May. The store staff were welcoming but not pushy.
So many gorgeous bags to choose from but I restrained myself to just one (on this occasion) I've previously purchased 2 other Paul Costelloe bags & am sure I'll be back. When I went to the counter, I was served by a lovely lady named Lisa. While we were chatting, I couldn't help but notice the jewellery on display. Yes, I also came away with a lovely necklace as well as the bag!!

I had such a pleasant shopping…
I had such a pleasant shopping experience thanks to Lisa. She is always happy, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her knowledge of the bags and accessories made everything so much easier, she over heard me mention a make up bag and knew exactly what I needed. Help me choose the colour as a gift. She remembered me and my Nan as we regularly visit. Nothing felt rushed or pressured—just friendly, attentive service. Lisa really made the whole experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! We missed the lovely guy (manager) this time. But Lisa had it all in hand. Thank you again

Poor delivery service
I ordered a purse on 15 April and it's been sitting with Royal Mail ever since. On 27 April I contacted Sales Support and received a reply on 29 April saying the item would be sent again on a 24 hour priority delivery. On 1 May I asked if/when the item would be sent. It's now 5 May and I have no purse and no response. I'll be asking for a refund.

This was my first visit to Paul Costello at Cannock Designer Village. I found Emma very welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, she took her time to help me decide on a beautiful green bag as I was stuck for choice with the gorgeous colours this season. Designer outlet Cannock
Had a great visit to the store at the designer outlet in Cannock. Angela was so helpful and very customer focused. Thank you for your time Angela. It was lovely to find excellent quality products with brilliant prices. I love my new Argo and pale pink shoulder bag. However, the highlight of the visit was the wonderful staff who were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will be back to treat myself to another lovely bag soon! Smart orange bag
I'd been looking for a smart orange bag and decided to give this one a try. Buying leather online is always a bit of a gamble since you can't feel the quality in advance, but I was really pleased when it arrived as the leather is great. The bag is well made and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy my visits to Paul Costello at Cannock Designer Village. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I have bought bags, purses, bag straps, gloves, scarves sometimes for myself and also as gifts. The quality and choice of products is excellent, there’s always something new and appealing.
Jo always remembers me and it’s a pleasure to see her and the other staff members. I would highly recommend visiting this Paul Costello Outlet.

The bag had a very wrinkled appearance…
The bag had a very wrinkled appearance on one side instead of smooth like the rest of the bag, which has put me off it. The colour looked a lovely bright yellow on the photograph but was a not so nice mustard colour in reality. I had already taken all the package off so I felt I couldn’t send it back. It has taught me never to buy online again. This happens too often.
