Unpacked new bag which promptly fell apart!
Unpacked Manara bag & was admiring it when the handle hardware gave way & I was left holding one end of the handle! Emailed as you are meant to do with a faulty item, no reply! Think I’ll just pay to return it myself, just want rid of it now & if I hadn’t removed the tags & chucked the wrapping on the other bag in the order I’d return that too! Won’t be buying anymore from this company!

Went to the outlet store in Cannock…
Went to the outlet store in Cannock chase. So many lovely bags to choose from. Was greeted by Emma, who was not only helpful with choosing a clutch/bag for an upcoming wedding, but also in recommending a suitable dress shop to visit. The bag is jut what I wanted and the customer service was excellent. Thanks Emma

Went in to purchase a new purse
Went in to purchase a new purse, however the prices were so good that we purchased an additional purse and some jewellery..Emma was so knowledgeable and patient and very helpful. Thank you again.

Regular customer for a reason
I am a regular customer of this store at MacArthur Glen Outlet Cannock. Every time the service is wonderful and the assistants so helpful that’s why I return (alongside the beautiful bags). They are always so friendly and welcoming to my husband and son too and helpful when they’re looking for gifts for me 😉

Great customer service with a smile.
This is my favourite shop at the Cannock outlet village when looking for gifts and treating myself. There is lots of choice at reasonable prices. I was served today by Jo who is always pleasant and welcoming. I was looking for a handbag as a birthday gift for a friend. When I made my choice Jo went and got me one from the storeroom very well wrapped up. Excellent service.

Great bags and excellent customer service
I went to the shop in Ashford designer outlet and Lisa B was amazing. I love the brand and she and another team member helped me to choose the right bag and the colour and gave me a free leather pouch with the purchase. The customer service was excellent and the experience very pleasant and would love to keep going to the store as even in my past visits the experience has been always very pleasant
