Outstanding customer service & incredible quality
I recently bought two leather bags and I honestly can’t praise this place enough. The entire experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The customer service was truly outstanding, and a special thank you to Winnie and Katty at the Swindon branch, they were amazing!
They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Their product knowledge was excellent, and they were friendly, professional, and made the whole shopping experience feel easy, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable. It’s rare these days to receive such a fantastic customer experience, but they absolutely delivered.
The quality of the leather bags is incredible, you can instantly feel the craftsmanship and durability. These bags feel built to last, look premium, and I’m confident I’ll be using them for years to come.
What really impressed me as well was the huge variety of choices, especially for men. I didn’t just have one or two options I could choose from loads of different styles and products including belts, accessories, gloves, laptop bags, travel bags, and so many other great items. Honestly, it’s a shop full of goodies!
I highly recommend that any man visiting Swindon takes the time to visit this store you will walk out with top quality products and a massive smile on your face. Swindon branch is the best!

Brilliant service
I came into West Midlands designer outlet store looking for a birthday gift for my sister. I was served by Sam who was very friendly, chatty and helpful. Once I had found the bag I wanted she was brilliant in helping me find a matching purse. Though the store was busy I felt like I had the full personalised shopping experience with her and shall be returning in the future for more.

Nipped in today at the Cannock store…
Nipped in today at the Cannock store with the intention of buying a bag as a gift. I was sending photos to my sister in law to see if she liked any of them. Jo came over to see if I needed any help. We discussed what my needs were and she helped me check a couple of bags over. Then when I had picked she got a brand new one out for me. I asked if it could be returned if it wasn’t quite right and she told me what I could do. Then put a gift receipt into a lovely pouch for me as it was nicer than just giving the receipt with the gift. I then proceeded to buy some more bits and Jo was very attentive. First time ever busting the shop. Bought 3 lovely items as gifts and I will be returning. Fab experience. Plus, my sister in law thought the bag was beautiful.

My Wife wanted a new handbag because her old one was passed it
My Wife wanted a new handbag because the one that she was using at the time was a bit old and passed it , was how she described Ito me.
When we went into the shop at McArthur Glen outlet store, Emma came over to us and she was extremely helpful and pleasant, I think that Emma loves handbags as much as my wife, which was a plus as I was allowed to sit down and look at Facebook. When they had finished talking, my wife ended up with not one but two handbags. Both of them were really nice (bloke word ) and what pleased me most they were value for money.
I definitely won’t complain going handbag shopping at this shop again and my wife has gained another friend.

Excellent service from Emma Fox in the Cannock store (MacArthur Glen ) , she was friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable, helped me choose but didn’t hover over me and try to push me to buy like some of the bag stores I’ve been to, second or third time I’ve purchased from this store and definitely would again based on her service with a smile, Thank you Emma for a great experience from someone who finds shopping very stressful at times

Waited 10 days for an order and told…
Waited 10 days for an order and told delivery failed. Whatever that means. Re ordered again 6 days ago. Can get no information. Don’t know if it’s been dispatched or on it wash. Nothing and no way to track because carries QR code doesn’t work and no alternative. I’ve just emailed PC to see if they know what’s happening with my order. Bag is a birthday present. A very very very late present. I suggest they re tender their carrier
