Good quality, good price, good service

I found the handbags close to what I expected in colour, style and colour. However they do have a strong smell of leather . They will require airing for several days before I will be comfortable to use them.

I was looking at the More House School website, because my wife used to teach there. I saw a profile of the glorious Jessica, and wondered how her father was doing. I was surprised to learn that Paul was making bags. I ordered one as a surprise gift for my wife, because she always adored meeting Paul at parents’ evening. It arrived today and she is thrilled by the design and quality of manufacture. I was thrilled by the value.

The area for improvement is in relation to the delivery driver. Who could not say good morning or hand me the package in my hand directly. I had to pick it up from the ground. Terriable, no customer service

Great service, Item arrived as arranged in pristine condition.

This is my second Tropez tote and every bit as good as the first which is still going strong but in a different colour. The bag is big enough for the working day and equally as a bag which fits easily under the seat when flying. My only niggle is that the bag would benefit from studs on the bottom . On my first bag the leather is now scuffed on the corners which doesn’t happen with other designer bags which have the studs. That aside it’s an excellent product.
