House sale & purchase
Staff are always helpful and respond quickly to queries, despite some challenges by other party solicitors. Expertise is excellent and good advice always given and explaining legal documents.
I have dealt with Paul Crowley & Co before and have always found them approachable & efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use then again.

Wouldn’t ever use again
Wouldn’t ever use again. Any contact we had we was calling them and chasing up. They didn’t have any urgency when we was in a very time sensitive situation and 80% of the time calling them, they were either on lunch or in a meeting and needed to get back in touch.
We also had the phrase “you aren’t a priority at the minute” used to us.
Look elsewhere trust me.

I recently sold my first home. I can not recommend these solicitors enough. My solicitor was called Matthew Kay. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He would respond to be instantly and if he was unavailable he would get somebody else to contact me to help me with any questions. He made the process so simple and easy. His professionalism was magnificent. He done everything for me and helped me in any way he could. Also stef Nolan was really helpful.
I would highly recommend anybody buying/selling their home.

Returning Customer
I have used Paul Crowley for all o four Buy to Let purchases and I would not look elsewhere. There is no complacency with dealing with returning customers and the service is always 10/10. I have been dealing with Nicola Stevenson and the most recent case was more complex than normal. Her patience with both the sale and us as clients was exceptional. She explained complex matters in a way that we could understand and learn from, with no complaint!

Just used Mathew Wignall for the second time, for the sale of my property.
I literally cannot fault the experience I’ve had, both times using him and his team. I will definitely continue to use Matt again in the future.
I also purchased a new build property recently and my only regret was not letting Matt do the conveyancing for this property but the developers convinced me I needed to use their recommended solicitors. Please don’t listen to developers if you are buying a new build you can use your trusted solicitor.

I recently used Matthew Kay for my conveyancing and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the outset, he was professional, approachable and incredibly efficient, which helped to make a typically stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Good efficient service
We used Paul
Crowley for a sale and purchase. The first sale fell through and they progressed the second sale very quickly. The reception staff were also always pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the regular updates. I would recommend.
