Paul Meakin Estate Agent Opiniones

Allison and Aimee look after my property like it is there own . Cannot speak highly enough of the whole Paul Meakin Team.

EXCELLENT. The staff are professional, approachable, willing to help in any way. They offered really helpful and useful advice in all manner of situations that occurred during my dealings with them. Having dealt with other estate agents in the pursuit of a new property, their failings simply highlighted how good Paul Meakin are and they should be proud of the job they do. Thank you.

I feel confident that the staff at Paul Meakin do a professional job and look after both landlord and tenant. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

A big thank you to Paul Meakin's Team!

My partner and I are thrilled to share that we just bought our first home with the help of Paul Meakin! We couldn’t be happier with the amazing service we received. Emma and the team at Paul Meakin were amazing throughout what turned out to be a really stressful and unpredictable purchase.

Even with challenges like gazumping and issues in the chain, Emma was always there with great advice, constant support, and clear communication. She kept us informed every step of the way and helped us feel confident in our decisions.

Recently sold our house through Paul Meakin and can’t thank the team enough for their support throughout what can be a very stressful process. Niam and Kelly were fantastic with the viewings, and kept us up to date. Emma was fantastic communicating with us throughout the process, and Natalie was always on hand to update us, answer questions, and keep the sale moving at pace. Communication was clear and consistent, and we felt reassured at every stage.

Highly professional and approachable team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul Meakin to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Myself and my partner have just purchased our first home through Paul Meakin. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Niam showed us the property first and we were so impressed with the viewing, he answered every question we asked and went into detail about the history of the property which was so important. Natalie and Emma have been great with communication. Quick, fast replies to all of my questions. They have made the buying process completely stress-free and we cant thank them enough!

I can highly recommend Paul Meakin they were excellent throughout the whole process for me. Emma, Niam, Gill and Natalie supported me with any worries I had and were always at the end of the phone to support me. I would highly recommend them.

It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried …

Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked.

Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process.

Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Not knowing where to start when we inherited a house, I called around a number of places.
After not being comfortable with the info I had received from anyone up to that point for a number of reasons I decided to call Paul Meakin.
I was lucky enough to speak with a very helpful young lady called Amy Hedgecox.
Amy attended the property at our request the same day, valuing the property and discussing with us what we wanted and the options available.
After explaining to Amy that we were looking for a quick sale she instantly had a buyer in mind.
A viewing was arranged for the very next day and a sale was agreed.
Amy has been there every step of the process with Natalie Chapman standing in when Amy was away from her desk.
I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and professional team to assist us.
We were kept informed regularly and Amy or Natalie were always there to answer any questions.
This isn’t just a sale for these guys, they have their clients best interests at heart.
I can’t recommend Paul Meaking enough, I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

We have been renting of Paul Meakin for 20 years now and have found them very polite and helpful, and very responsive to any emergency work needed.
