Paul Meakin Estate Agent Opiniones

Amelia is one of the best estate agents we have ever come across, and we are on our third home! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My wife was delayed due to feeling unwell, so it was lovely that it was no bother for her to give us extra time for the viewing.

Very responsive , excellent advice

Amelia was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. She was on time for the showing, answered our questions and was very gracious at showing us around. She was knowledgable about the house and the area. This was seriously the best experience I have had with a real estate agent that I can remember.

All the staff at Paul Meakin were always helpful during the months when we were selling our property and buying a new build home. If I left a message for a particular staff member my call would be returned promptly or dealt with by someone else. Nothing was too much trouble. When our buyer pulled out another buyer was found very quickly so that we didn't lose our purchase. We felt supported all through the buying and selling procedures. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services in the property market.

I was very happy with the service especially with gill She bent over backwards to help and to keep me updated with the progress of the sale.
I would definitely recommend Paul Meakin and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amazing team, very helpful and supportive. I completed a sale with their Selsdon office recently.

Emma and her team were helpful, professional, and amazingly patient throughout the long and arduous process of selling my late aunts house.
If I could award more stars then I would. Thank you to the whole team involved.

Gill and Amy very knowledgeable and a great help
Thank you.

the staff were always polite and helpful in a long drawn out sale

My experience with Sam was second to none, constantly kept me update throughout the sale.

Throughout our tenancy overseen by Paul Meakin Estate Agents we were guided through it by Aimee Taylor. We found her very personable, honest and forthright. Although there was a boiler problem initially, she dealt with this with alacrity and brought it to a satisfactory conclusion.
Owing to problems with our chain of purchase, we had to ask for two extensions to our tenancy. Aimee was always ready to negotiate on our behalf and was very helpful in this regard and was prompt in replying to our other queries.
The standard set by Aimee Taylor can only be described as exemplary.
I thoroughly recommend Paul Meakin and especially Ms Taylor to anybody considering rentals.

With knowing of Paul Meakin as a local estate agent in the area for over 20 years they were my first choice to let property, both Alison and Aimee have been very helpful and professional and supported throughout the process

From a very grateful Landlord.

We were very happy with the way Paul Meakin (Selsdon branch) dealt with our house sale and purchase. They quickly found us a suitable buyer and assisted us through to completion. Our special thanks to senior sales progessor Gill, who ensured we finally crossed the line. We would thoroughly recommend Paul Meakin estate agents.

We had a great experience, good communication from viewing our apartment till we moved in.

Services amended and its on going buiness relationship to be build with the agency, so am expecting delay in response, because I have put in consideration, they will put all the possible solutions to satisfy the landlords and the tenants to make the balance neutral.

Aimee was kind and professional, quick and accurate. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you very much
