UPDATE Have been told by Paul's that Australia post did not advise Paul's the order was damaged, for more than a week. And that Lasoo did not process refund for several days after Paul's approved refund.
Ordered expensive bourbon as a gift.
Received email to say it had been sent, but couldn't find tracking. 8 days after placing order, I received phone call to say order was damaged, when AP picked up and Paul's was unable to fulfill order.
I asked for a refund, but 5 days later, nothing. I had to go through PayPal to get refund, 13 days after placing order!!
