So far, not good. I ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon as a birthday present 7 days ago, with 2-5 days delivery stated. My good friend's birthday has since passed, and still no delivery. The tracking details are sitting between "Order received" and "Order confirmed", although I got an immediate email saying "Order confirmed", and an order number. I have emailed them 4 times, including 2 direct replies to the "order confirmed" email, and still no response from anyone. Of course there is no contact number anywhere. If my product doesn't arrive in the next 2 days, I will report this to my bank and fair trade as a fraudulent transaction, and demand my money back. I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering - I would have shopped elsewhere.

Ordered several weeks ago 6 bottles of NZ wine, no responses around delivery and missing timeframes, would suggest that they are not what you expect and would rather pay more now than actually order from them, wouldn't order again, will be seeking refund.

Great price and service

Ordered 2 bottles of whisky from Cheapest Liquor after seeing their promise of 2–3 business day delivery. After 2 days with no shipping update, I contacted them and was told the items were actually out of stock.

I accepted a refund on 10 April, but as of 17 April, I still haven’t received my money. Communication has been poor and the refund process is very slow.

Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Hoping the refund is processed soon.

I placed an order on the 12th January and I am still dealing with the issue now. I initiated all contact with the company and was told each time that the products were on back order. Then I finally received part of the order. I contacted them again and swapped out a product for something different. I was still waiting for that product as at the 7th of April. I then requested a refund giving them new payment details as previous card had been cancelled. They ignored this information and paid into the cancelled card leaving me no option but to spend 45min on the phone to thd bank to chase it up. Very poor customer service and management.
Cheapest liquor is not worth dealing with just pay a few dollars more and go with Nick's Wines

ordered a 300+ dollar order 22 days ago, it took me sending them an email before i got any of my stuff, that was several days ago that i got about half the order, still missing half so just sent another message to ask why.

My bank has been charged for an order, but there has been no email confirmation of order placement, no tracking to indicate the order has been shipped, nothing. No response from their customer service, and they want to charge me for an order cancellation according to their site/chat.

No phone number, they don’t respond to emails when you are enquiring as to when they are sending your order out.
It’s been one whole month, we ordered $160 of birthday gifts and received nothing!!!
I had emailed them before placing my order and they said that it was due to arrive that week and that they would send out straight away.
Fraudulent and don’t waste your time.
We will be contacting our bank.

I ordered a very expensive bottle of tequila as a gift and delivery was supposed to be 4-5 Days, it has been over 10 days and my order is still showing as not even packed... I have emailed the company three times, I have created a ticket online through their website and still no response..... so now I am out of pocket nearly $200.00, I have no gift, and I don't even know if What I purchased will ever arrive.... after reading the many reviews it would seem that their delivery times are quite bad. Further more the fact that they haven't even responded to any of my communications regarding the order is what I find the most disappointing.

Well my first experience of cheapest liquor I signed up they sent me an email thinking me for becoming a member and because I lived in Sydney I got all these bonuses showed to me a picture of their van they're gonna deliver my alcohol in next day delivery 3 days later they're giving me a 20% discount because I still don't have my alcohol and I'm not seeing it until next week odd now next day delivery turned into 7 day don't by alcohol from these guys their next day delivery is b******* for Sydney their liars

They had great prices, a great range and shipped my purchase as a member with priority. Impressed!

After a small delivery issue, the order came complete. I had great communication regarding suppliers issue in the supply chain. Communications were informative and friendly. Complementary bottle of champagne was appreciated for any inconvenience I incurred. What more can you do. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else I found.

CL had the wine we were after at a very good price. $10 is fair for postage and it arrived in a couple of days. Perfect

I bought 2 items 9 days ago, the delivery apparently takes from 1 to 2 days. I have messaged them a few times and haven’t received any response! How can I chase them??

Do not order!!! Your order won't arrive. No phone number, no response to emails or their support message option. They have stolen my money. Ive reported this company as fraudulent
