I had a stressful situation that I needed help resolving, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support I received from Payl8r.
The communication throughout the process was professional, patient, understanding and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, I was kept updated, and I felt like my concerns were genuinely listened to and taken seriously.
I’m extremely happy with the outcome and really appreciate the time and effort that was put into helping me reach a positive resolution. What started as a very stressful situation ended on a really positive note, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Fantastic service
I lost my Dad very suddenly in April and I wanted a plate that would commemorate him and my family. I found my perfect plates. Applied for the finance on Thursday evening and my plates were on my car by Tuesday afternoon. I receive a reminder via text when my payment is due, and ive never had any issues. I inherited my Dad’s car so I’ll be ordering plates for that soon too. This time with my Mum and Dad’s initials. Thank you Payl8r, the transaction couldn’t have been anymore seamless.

I always wanted a personalised plate…
I always wanted a personalised plate but could never justify or afford one. Trawling the internet I found one that has all and I mean all of my children’s initials. Price was more than I wanted to pay. But I picked the option that everything is done for you. By payl8r. It literally took a few minutes to apply and get accepted so now I have my new plate and at a price I can afford. So thank you very much guys for such a simple process. Plate delivered within a few days too as I also chose that option for them to supply the plate. Yes maybe a bit dearer than local motor factors but certainly less hassle.

Very easy to use and fluid process. I took credit with them for a large purchase and gave me a range of practical and flexible payment plans. Never had a problem. They communicate ahead of payment due dates and again on confirmation of payment. I would happily use their services again should the need arise.

Think there should be an option to pay…
Think there should be an option to pay off extra is you can. Banks give that option.
This helps to get the interest rate down, and option to get the debt paid quicker. If someone has had a better month in wages then they would have option to pay more off.

From a first time financial user
Besides a slight error where multiple payments were taken at the same time it was resolved with a sound solution with the team members working. With reasonable contracts and very fast turnaround on credit checks (with this being my first time being on a payment plan like the ones Payl8r do) it was a very smooth experience using their services.
