Extremely rude and dishonest staff. The gal put me on hold first and then I called back and without telling me anything about how long the hold would be put me back on hold without letting me speak. Then when someone answered I was a little ways from my phone. After being on hold forever I heard then say "Hello" and quickly hang up without waiting at all, even though I was yelling from across the room and I know they would have been able to hear me. When I finally got someone on the phone I was not surprised to find yet another rude employee telling me they couldn't cancel the order i just made because they apparently can't talk to each other in their company and it had "already went to the warehouse".

They said “NO BULL” $10 off your first order by entering your name and email address.
When I received the email with the code you had to spend $99 in order to save the $10 and shipping is $11.95!

Ridiculous. Needless to say after this experience and reading other reviews, I did not place an order with this company! 

Poor customer service when attempting to get to my account, and had a problem with the website, rerouting, to the same, problem. The Rep wasn't knowledgeable to help solve the problem, having to put me on hold to ask someone twice and still wasn't any help.
