I recently purchased a new gaming PC from here (PC36), it was quite last minute on the run up to Christmas. Jack has been amazing help and provided fantastic customer service and delivered an even more fantastic system with no issues.

My PC arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and very easy to setup. Honestly can't fault them!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from PC36. I purchased a gaming PC for my son for Christmas and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful in advising on the best options within my budget and even managed to beat the Black Friday deals that were available at the time.
The build quality is excellent and the PC was built and delivered in just over a week, which was impressive. Setup was made easy thanks to their clear and supportive YouTube videos covering installation and troubleshooting.
What really sets PC36 apart, though, is their customer service. I had one small query after setting the PC up and emailed them on Christmas Day — and they kindly resolved it the very same day. You simply don’t get that level of care and dedication from big companies anymore.

I bought a PC from Jack at PC36 november time. I’ve always been a person who builds my own pcs but wanted to see what the fuss is with people buying pre builds or in my case, getting someone else to build your PC for you. I did a lot of research into different companies and sites that do pre builds. I came across PC36 and at a first glance i was skeptical but after looking at other reviews and information i was comfortable getting in touch with Jack. Jack was very supportive in terms of going through the parts and recommendations to save money here and there or to get a better looking part (i’m a RGB fan boy at 28yrs old i know😂) and ultimately I got a pc that looks amazing, decent price and quality in terms of building. Every question i had was answered swiftly and respectfully. The wait time was very short and the shipping was amazing. very well though and took plenty of care into making sure the PC comes to me in the best and efficient and safest way possible. everything was package safely and very well and even included the boxes for the parts in case of selling parts and future upgrades. Honestly I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PC36 to anyone who needs a pc that’s built with quality and saving you money where you can especially with RAM prices being sky high. My younger brother recently bought a prebuilt PC from Jack. The service was amazing and he delivered the PC the same day when he saw he was in the local area. I have now also bought a prebuilt PC and the service was great. I even changed my mind and Jack refunded me store credits so i could change my purchase to the other PC that i decided i wanted. Overall a very good experience and Jack also provided advice regarding GPU performance and things to be careful of when upgrading RAM.

The attention to detail was outstanding. The PC itself is immaculate, with excellent cable management and a very clean, professional build. He even included the original boxes for several components, which was a great touch and shows real care in how everything is handled.

A YouTube playlist was also provided to help with setup, which was really helpful for anyone new to PC builds. Communication was spot-on too — he was always just a message away and quick to reply whenever I had a question.

I bought a PC from this company back in October last year, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was top tier and Jack was incredibly helpful, with quick responses and great advice for choosing the right parts.

I was looking to get back into PC gaming and started looking at a lot of different pre built PCs on multiple websites and felt a bit lost and overwhelmed on the tech side of things whilst trying make a decision .I was recommended to PC36 by a friend. Jack was first class. communication was great, we ended up going for a custom built as Jack advised i would get a much better PC for the money. Jack worked to my budget. I relied on jacks experience and let him take the reins he explained every component and what he'd recommend in detail. PC runs absolutely perfect. top job Jack.

Overall an easy experience from start to finish. PC itself arrived in perfect condition, cable management was good also as I added some additional storage myself so that helped.

As far as the system itself it does what it says on the tin and is a dream machine for what I need.

10/10 would recommend and I look forward to many hours of gaming and general PC use.

I have had my PC about a month now and I love it. They were speedy to respond to questions and helpful during pre-christmas delivery-mania.

The price was good and was a fair bit below comparable specs from 'bigger' PC builders. Securely packaged and shipped to avoid damage. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them again and would recommend to anyone

Fantastic service from Jack at PC36.

I was recommended to PC36 by a few friends that had used the company previously for builds. Jack was very responsive on live chat to advise on a PC spec for my needs. I found the whole experience professional and efficient throughout and really pleased with my build!

This was a much more cost effective option than an off the shelf purchase - the spec I received would have cost so much more when compared with stock purchases.

I'm confident my PC is going to last a long time but I will sure return to PC36 when the time comes for a new build!
