Started working for premier in may and have been made to feel so welcome by management, staff and the wonderful clients, everyone is very friendly and helpful, brilliant care company would highly recommend.

PCS provide care to my brother and sister in law. Their needs are fairly complex. PCS are reliable, professional and provide compassionate and caring support. PCS’s communication is excellent.

PCS look after my sister and her husband brilliantly at all levels — the complicated hands-on caring and listening, and the admin and management of a sometimes rapidly changing situation. I don’t know how they provide peace of mind, a sense of humour, and careful interventions under such a lot of pressure a lot of the time. We’re all very grateful indeed.

After a lot of soul searching
and working for a care agency for 26 years in the community, I decided it was time to leave and find a care agency that was a better fit. Premier care are a family run business with a fantastic reputation so I approached them. They certainly live up to that reputation from management to carers they are committed to providing an excellent service to each client and their individual needs. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and you feel part of a tight team. Happy I made the move.

In April I decided to change my care provider in the community. This was a big and frightening decision after 20 years. I met with Premier care managers, who immediately made feel at ease. They have been incredibly supportive and the transition went so smoothly. It was the best thing I ever did, I feel happier than I have in a long time. All staff have so kind and caring and nothing is to much trouble. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Very pleased with the service provided to my father. Staff are friendly and helpful and time keeping is good. Easy to contact. Rotas are not always on time. Would recommend this care provider.
