The quality of care is excellent. The staff never appear to be in a rush and are very kind. Excellent management and office administration too.

CareFound provided respite care for my mum, who has Alzheimer’s, while I was away recently. The care assessment was thorough and reassuring. Even better was the care provided by the person who lived in at my home, providing 24/7 care for my mum. Lucia is a lively and fun person whose care for my mum was compassionate, supportive, and very good for her. I would definitely use this company again and feel happy recommending them.

I have been in care with different care companies for over three years, and have found Carefound to be the most outstanding company to work with.Their training is brilliant and support is readily available,work load is well balanced Branch Manager and Care manager are amazing and always have time for you.Pay above average and offer travel time which is unheard of ..I am so pleased to be part of this incredible company

In fairly difficult circumstances, I needed to find home care quickly for my father who was terminally ill. I contacted Carefound because of their CQC rating and reviews. I was not disappointed. Their approach is personal and professional; the carers were punctual, polite, adapted quickly to the situation and their attitude was ' what can we do to help'. I am very, very grateful for the service Carefound provides.

I have been so grateful for the care and support my parents have gained from Care Found. Their website came across as personal and caring, the 1st phone call I made really reassured me as the receptionist seemed really keen to help and aware how emotional it is trying to get the right care..
I met Lorna with my parents for the initial discussion meeting and was immediately taken by her exceptional communication skills talking with my Dad (who has dementia). She was so kind, friendly and genuine, she is definitely in the right profession!!
The live in carers are superb and have brought piece of mind to me. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have done their absolute best to fit into my folks' lifestyle (even when my parents are slightly unusual in their lack of routines!!). The relief from knowing your loved ones are being looked after from people highly skilled and committed to what they do and who see it as more than just a job, is immeasurable. I can't thank them enough and whole heartedly recommend them.

We are so pleased to have found and chosen Carefound to care for Mum. The Carefound staff (both the carers and in the office) are professional, efficient, supportive, caring and receptive to suggestions. They are also ready to give advice about issues big and small. Mum has been so much happier since the kind and cheerful carers have been in her life and regards them as friends as much as carers. I wanted the best care for my Mum Hilda and am so glad I found Carefound. They couldn't do enough for us. They are so professional but at the same time so friendly . Very easy to contact and very approachable. It's so reassuring to me to know that Mum is happy with her carers as due to other family commitments I can't always go every day.

All staff are reassuringly professional. They are understanding and kind & well trained, with continuing education available and regular supervision ongoing. Communication is clear and easy with management in the office being very accessible & helpful. The result of this company's high standards, which must filter down from Mr Stirk, is that my Mother likes and feels very comfortable with her carers and I, as her daughter, have the utmost faith that their care is client focussed.
