Do not under any circumstances use this company. I repeat DO NOT USE THEM. My Ligne Roset furniture (sofa and 2 chairs) worth £5000+ ... I never received a penny despite various assurances. These guys are just plain old scam artists / thieves, not to be trusted not to be used. I don’t care about the one positive review, this was complete stupidity on my part, hopefully this review will stop someone else making the same mistake and lining the pocket of these *%#+$.

I was sceptical of using Pearlly at first because of the bad reviews, but I have to say I had a very good experience. There was some haggling worth the price but we came to a nice middle ground and the guys who picked up the furniture were lovey. Also pick up was very quick - I would highly recommend using pearlly for quick and fuss free selling of furniture !

Complete rubbish! They failed to collect after booking for collection 3 or 4 times. Stay away from this company! UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST.

I was searching for a second hand furniture shop and have found Pearlly Showroom. Tried to check their insta page but it doesn’t exist. Their Facebook page name doesn’t match their company name and their website doesn’t feature a physical address. And checking some reviews down here they look suspicious! Better to be aware and avoid!

This company seems to operate as either Pearlly or Pearlly Showroom. They list many items on gumtree. Their website doesn’t feature a physical address, their phone number is not recognised, their chat functionality is conveniently ‘offline’, their Insta handle doesn’t exist, and their Facebook page name doesn’t match their company name. They list their company as a division of Bryan’s Furniture Converters Limited which was a company dissolved in 2019 (according to the companies house website). They were quick to answer my questions about a sofa on gumtree until I asked if I could view it first and asked their address. Then they stopped replying. Avoid.
