Brill top and bibtights. Top is very neat, back zipper pocket takes a Pixel 7 so top idea.

A fabulous range of high end bikes and products, without being overwhelming. But the primary attraction is the obsession with ensuring the perfect fit and delivering amazing service.

I've just taken my new Shift for its first ride, and it's awesome. Fast, agile and, most importantly, comfortable! I went on a familiar route and smashed virtually every segment. But the ride wasn't just faster, it was so much more comfortable. The bike somehow feels more substantial than my previous bike, yet more compact and nimble. Incredibly quick off the lights, flies up the hills and runs and runs on the flat. It was a bit jittery at speed on the downhill, something to keep in mind before getting too carried away.

The initial bike fit was excellent and made for a fun and educational hour. And dealing with Guy on specs was excellent - despite a few bespoke and fiddly requests from me along the way, he was accommodating and I thought the end price was fair.

Highly recommend. Upon collection, it was telling to see how many customers popped in for coffee or minor service requests and the staff knew them all by name and were happy to help - no job too big or too small.

Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a bike fit on Saturday, all part of the process of buying a new bike with Pearson. I was allocated an hour but they spent the best part of 2 hours helping me find the correct position for my new bike as well as fitting new shoes and advising accessories. The new Pearson Forge is now being built and I am looking forward to collection in the next week or so.

Just picked up my new gravel bike. From start to finish the Pearson brothers Nick and Duncan have been brilliant. Brands like this last for ever. Friendly, extremely knowledgable about their craft and super customer experience on everything . With the bike Industry in a little turmoil this business stands out.

From the moment I set foot in the store I was made to feel both welcome and special. Nicole supplied great coffee and introduced me to the bike that I was considering. They had already set up a test bike to my own fit data and Duncan the bike fitter took me on a half hour spin in Richmond park so that I could get a feel for the machine and Duncan could assess my riding position. Once back in the store we went to the bike fit studio where Duncan set up the fit jig exactly to the bike that I had just been riding and over the next period of time proceeded to make small tweaks and adjustments in order to obtain the best fit for me. But it was not over there, back on the shop floor we also discussed the various component options and had a look at all the wheel types that were available. Overall a fantastic customer experience and I'm looking forward to placing my order for a Pearson bike.

Bought a commuter jacket in the sale - great fit and great jacket - arrived quickly and in a paper packet bag which put Amazon to shame - great product and service….as usual!

I purchased my bike about 6 months ago from the the Chiswick store. They were great at talking me through bike options (as someone who has a shockingly low bike knowledge for the amount of time spent on a saddle). They were really great at helping me maximise my value with my budget constrained by the cycle to work scheme. I went for Hoopdriver cut and thurst with carbon wheels.

6 months on and I LOVE my bike. It’s running smoothly, looks great & I’m convinced knocked a good 30 mins of my iron man time.

I had a minor issue 6 months on where my gears weren’t shifting. I was passing the store on my way home so popped in. The customer service was great, they looked at it straight away (for free!), answered all my stupid questions and even explained exactly how I should be cleaning my bike (turns out the bike was fine, but my gear cables froze due to cycling in -5 degrees having washed my bike the day before…).

Generally great experience, could not recommend enough.

Great products, well constructed, really good fit and exactly as described in the size guide. Delivered really quickly and in packaging that is ecologically thoughtful.

On the day bike fit with Nas was generally very good but thereafter the experience was dreadful.

Firstly it took three phone calls/emails to actually get a copy of the bike fit report sent to me over three weeks later. The bike fit report still has blank values for handlebar drop (L) and reach (M) which I fed back twice. Key measurements. Still not received these measurements after asking twice.

Secondly, I was recommended shorter 165mm cranks which I purchased on the day (Ultegra) from Pearson but the receipt I received did not itemise these. I have requested an itemised receipt to which GP replied 'sorry did you buy cranks from us?'. Still no itemised receipt or response to my email reply to GP. It would be useful given the significant problem/warranty issue with Shimano cranks.

Thirdly the post fit follow up. I chased up on this (Pearson do not contact you to arrange a follow up even though it is advertised as part of their fitting service). I have now been offered this but on reflection, given I still have an incomplete bike fit report and no receipt for the cranks I purchased I've lost faith.

I paid Pearson £550 in total for the bike fitting service and their recommended modifications.

Hugely useful bike sizing session, very informative and I’m sure will make my riding more comfortable and efficient. All mod cons at the oldest bike company in the world!
