We chose Pearsons after they were recommended to us and paid higher fees expecting a better level of service. We spent most of the our time chasing for updates, with the majority of our emails ignored. We were also told we were further behind with progress than we actually were, which turns out was because our case worker was ‘burying her head in the sand’ and was behind with her work.

Our issues finally were taken seriously when we raised a formal complaint, which has recently been resolved at Ombudsman level (hence leaving this review now)

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this firm. Just go with the cheapest solicitor, they are all as bad as each other no matter how much you pay.

Keith Kennedy and Ruth Smith provided excellent advice and support in relation to a commercial contract dispute. They were knowledgeable, responsive and pragmatic throughout, explaining the legal issues clearly and helping me reach a commercial resolution. Their costs were transparent throughout, with no surprises. I was very happy with the service I received and would happily recommend Pearson Solicitors.
