Recent House Purchase

I contacted Pearson's for a recent house purchase and have to says the service provided was top notch!

My conveyancer Emma Collinson was really good during the whole process, as a first time buyer this process was all very new to me.

They were very thorough with the enquiries and the final report was very detailed and interesting to read through.

All in all 9/10, just want to end the review saying a big thank you to Emma and everyone who worked on my case for their efforts

I'd been recommended by my uncle, who had instructed this firm on a number of occassions, however, they were very slow to respond.

Once my offer was accepted, I contacted Pearsons's to get the ball moving and to obtain a quote for conveyancing - 3 weeks on - no response. Hence, I have decided to go with another firm who will value my business.

Very disappointed and would not recommend this firm at all.

No common courtesy whatsoever, to even acknowledge my emails!
