I rented in Shirley for just over three years with Tash and Simon, and had an overall really positive experience. They were always helpful and quick to deal with any problems that came up, and the whole process of moving out and getting my deposit back was straightforward and more than fair. The property was well looked after with a weekly cleaner, and it was regularly stocked with household essentials like cleaning products, foil, salt, etc., which made life a lot easier. Great amenities in the house and an excellent location right next to Shirley train station. Overall, a really comfortable place to live.

Tash and Si are such great landlords and kept the house in pristine condition! Every detail in the house was organised, from numbered shelves to bin rotas, making it easy to live with people you didn’t know. For any problems with the house Tash and Si were always available via WhatsApp and would promptly fix any issues. I would highly recommend Pear Tree Living for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly and professional house share experience. Thank you so much for a great year!

Tash and Si are some of the most hardworking and thoughtful landlords around. I came from another country and during our Zoom call to show me the space, they reassured me about renting as a whole in the UK and offered to provide support and advice on any properties if I needed it! It made me feel very safe and secure to come and live in one of their beautiful, clean, and well loved homes.

While I lived in one of their properties I had the greatest time. I made some friends for life, had some amazing bonding and memories, and felt like I was building a communal home. Would recommend them to anyone looking for HMO living in the UK! They respond to any concern speedily and often look out for your own welfare!

It was a nice experience to living here, 1GB bandwidth is very satisfied, fast response landlord and all professionals roommates made my life very smooth.
Very tidy and clean room, and the kitchen provided all facilities even forks and knives.

I have been a tenant of Pear Tree Properties for the last 12 months. They have been fantastic landlords and I have absolutely loved my time at one of their Shirley properties. The house is beautifully decorated, fully fitted and well thought out to make it really feel like home.
Any issues or concerns and I had a response almost immediately. I couldn't recommend Tash and Simon enough!

I was a tenant of Tash and Si for just under 2 years. I genuinely could not fault my experience staying at one of their Stratford properties. They were extremely prompt in dealing with any queries or concerns and really made their HMOs feel homely and comfortable. The house was impeccably decorated, well thought out in construction and clean.

Extremely reasonable rents for the area especially inclusive of bills! I’m really grateful for my time there and all their advice too about getting my own property sorted. Absolutely lovely couple and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I started renting a room from December 2019 till May 2021. My experience with both Natasha and Simon has been brilliant. They have been lovely landlords who truly take the timeout to get to know you.

The property I stayed in was in great condition. Everything was well maintained. They were on hand if I ever needed anything and always made sure everything was sorted.

Lockdown was tough for all of us however they kept in regular contact to make sure we were okay which was really nice of them to do and provided us with fun activities to do together as a house.

I would highly recommend Natasha and Simon. All of their properties are all well looked after and they are genuinely nice people. They are the best landlords i have had the experience with renting!

Great modern room with ensuite and front drive to park your car. Great location - close to Shirley station and shops nearby. Landlords are quick at replying and dealing with problems in the house!

Perfect for young professionals and recent graduates. Clean and tidy all the time with weekly cleaning. Great kitchen with many appliances provided, even a hand blender! Great landlords, quick response and action. Great experience!
