Amazing sofa, great price

🛑 DO NOT BUY! UPDATE (September 16th 2026): The company has processed a partial refund of x amount but their finance team is now actively holding the remaining £50 hostage. They have stated in writing via email that they will refuse to release Susan's final £50 unless I delete this negative review. I have formally reported this review extortion to Trustpilot's integrity team alongside the email evidence. Potential buyers beware—this business manipulates their star rating by withholding refunds.

Dreadful Quality & Stolen Refund!
I am posting this review on behalf of my sister to warn potential buyers about the shocking quality of this company's products and their deceptive business practices.Trying to contact them is a nightmare—their public customer phone number doesn't even exist, and they force you to communicate strictly through WhatsApp messenger so they can easily ignore your messages. The build quality and tailoring are absolutely dreadful:
Awful Cover Fit & Overhang: The seat covers are completely the wrong size for the pads. The fabric is loose, baggy, and poorly measured, causing a massive, messy overhang on the bottom edge of the chaise section.Misaligned Cushions: The poorly fitted cushions don't sit flush against each other, leaving ugly, uneven gaps between the pads.Rock Hard Seats: The seating itself is uncomfortably stiff and rock hard. There is zero comfort or plushness to it.Because the item arrived entirely defective and unfit for purpose, my sister rejected it under UK Consumer Rights (Section 15). Shockingly, the company has completely ignored our consumer rights and stolen £50 from her refund as a "fee" for returning a faulty item. Do not waste your money here! Camden sofa.

I had an order confirmed for my sofa between 10am-12pm, the driver arrived at my building and was recorded attempting delivery at 7.17am, then when I called him at 9.40 told me I missed my slot and this will not be re-attempted. There is no way to contact the company, all the numbers on google are out of service, I have had no sofa, they have taken the money and I am unable to contact anyone and it’s £800 not cheap

Was a bit skeptical in the beginning since it's quite hard to know what you actually get, but the sofa as exactly as shown on the pictures and the same with dimensions, I had few questions the customer support was really good with answering, and delivery was on the exact time they stated so would definetly recommend

My sofa is so lovely and great price also , was a quick delivery I did get a tome slot for when delivery but they were late but thats was ok they did phone and say this the delivery guys were go good , suchbgreat service, thanks again 😀

I’m leaving a review because it’s thanks to the reviews I bought is. I was really skeptical about paying in full for something I haven’t seen.
The sofa is lush! It is perfect. In every way. Delivery was within 2 weeks. The fabric is lovely. Everything about it just exceeds my expectations! Thank you so much!!!

Buying a sofa, there are sooo many options and a thousand different variants. They understood the space where the sofa was going to go, listened to my requirements and filtered it down to a few options. The product quality is the same as you would buy from DFS, sofology etc but are cheaper than main high street. Delivery was pain free. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a sofa suite from sofas n beds, and I must say I am extremely impressed with the quality and comfort! They arrived promptly and In excellent condition and I’ve had so many compliments from my guests! They have a wide range of sofas to suit all needs. The customer service was second to none, they were very helpful and responsive to all my inquiries. Overall, I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for good quality, affordable sofas.

Nothing but the best of quality, highly recommend already have bought a few things from hear and they do not disappoint at all. Service is quick and efficient and very friendly staff that can't seem to help enough.

A very unpleasant experience. No communication, various delivery slots not met which caused us all sorts of problems, and then some damaged furniture and bits missing. And very difficult to get them on the phone...

So placed an order for a bed. 6 days later, they issue a refund. Because it's out of stock. What a waste of time. And now waiting for the refund to reflect in my account.
