Pear Tree Recruitment offers a decent service in the recruitment process. Gemma, Glen, and Jo were supportive and approachable, ensuring communication and professionalism. While there were some ups and downs with opportunities initially, the quick turnaround in finding roles is commendable. It seems they really aim to match candidates to suitable job opportunities. However, it's still just an average experience overall compared to other recruitment agencies.

I felt as though I was supported throughout the entire experience and even after securing the job was contacted just to be wished luck.

The person who helped me (Glen) really couldn't be any better at his job. He clearly cares about what he's doing and has been a huge help throughout the journey.

I would also like to thank his colleague, who called on his behalf when he was on holiday to talk to me on my way to the interview and prepare me for what to expect. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name.

If their boss sees this I hope they both get a bonus or pay rise, but ideally both. Thank you!
