I should have checked the reviews here before ordering from this joke of a company. It's a Chinese scam that pretends to be a company in UK. The lingerie they sent is ridiculously too small (a robe is a size of a small shirt), except in cases where it's too small and too large at the same time, i.e., a 36D bra is more like 56A. They make you pay for the return, and the return form that they sent does not even contain a space for a sort code, so it's unlikely I'll be seeing my money back :(

Products arrived and were extremely small for what their size should have been. They lacked in the quality that was shown on the picture.
Refunds are an absolute joke. I had to email back and forth four times in order to get an address to send them back. When I took the parcel to the post office they said it would cost £16 to send back. Their returns policy is beyond a joke and not worth it at all.

I ordered some underwear from Pelie but the sizing was unclear when I bought it. When it arrived, I realised it was the wrong size so asked to swap for a correct size. They refused despite multiple attempts. I had not even opened the packet, and the product had not been worn. Terrible customer service.

While they did eventually give me a refund. I paid almost £10 to send it back to China (not that I knew it came from there until they disclosed their returns address), after 5 months they sent the package back to me in the UK! I wasted money on shipping label with Royal Mail to have it sent to China to only having returned back to me! Doubt I will hear from their customer service about this one. No excuses for this.

SCAM COMPANY

Ordered an item which, although it arrived, was cheap quality and nothing like the photos. Tried to return it - no information on the website on how to do so.

I emailed their customer service and despite multiple emails back and forth, they have not provided a return address or any instructions on how to return the item. The only thing they've done is sent me a dodgy pdf 'return form' asking for my personal information including bank account details.

Horrendous. 0 stars and wishing I'd never purchased from them. Posing as a UK company with decent looking products, but everything arrives separately from China and is awful quality and fit. Requesting a refund has taken two weeks of back and forth emails (attempts to put me off), and I've finally been supplied with a separate returns address (all in China) for each of my 5 items purchased. I don't trust that I'll ever see my refund and don't want to risk the expensive postage on top so that's £113 down the drain for me. Total scammers.

The quality of the items is much much worse than the website makes it look. Greyish, cheap fabric, unfinished hems etc. Looks like a school project. They don't allow you to do returns, you have to 'withdraw from the contract' within 14 days of receipt. They took a while to share with me the return address (why?) and have now sent me an address in China - so postage will be loads.
They are scammers!

Never will I buy from this company again! Bought a swimsuit and bikini, swimsuit arrived faulty, no bikini instead a pack of bamboo ear buds?!
Had a nightmare trying to get a refund and it’s still ongoing. Awful company and customer service they just don’t listen to what you are saying. Basically taken my money and making it so longwinded and drawn out to get my refund they must be thinking I will give up and accept it. I won’t! Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying from them. Avoid!

Items turn up one by one and are from China. There is no mention of this on the website and when you contact them to make a return, they try their hardest to make you keep the items. When eventually you get a returns address from them - you have to pay to send the package to China - which isn't cheap! AVOID

I just simply do not know what to say. I am from Poland and it looks like Polish business. Absolutely horrendous, better not to order from them at all. They have not a bad website but the rest is just epic fail. I’ve requested refund due to poor quality. Despite the fact that I’ve ordered from UK website in GBP I’ve been asked to return the items to two different addresses in China. Sounds like a joke.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They say they use royal mail as their courier but they don't they use cheaper alternatives. My parcel was never delivered and they are refusing to refund me or send a replacement. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an item with them.

Paid by PayPal. Looks like a Polish /Eastern block recipient. No goods and no contact. Total Scam . DO NOT USE THESE ROBBERS

Scam company!! Received an item weeks later which wasn't remotely what or the size that I ordered. They refused to refund me.

The sizing displayed on their products is completely incorrect. The item took almost a month to arrive. It doesn’t fit but they offer a return at your own cost within 14 days. The item has been shipped from overseas so will be costly to return.

Why did I not read these reviews it wasn’t even that cheap goods look great on website! What pile of rubbish came I have no idea it was wrong order and sizes were ridiculous! It said it was uk site ffs china is we’re it came from customer service is disgraceful you have to fill a form in to see if they will accept a return then days later 2 different Chinese addresses were given!! The cost to send back is over £50 please don’t buy avoid

I ordered a swimsuit and it came, completely different to what I ordered. Customer services offered to give me 10% back and to keep the item.. which I didn’t order in the first place. Website looks amazing, and I have been ripped off with cheap tat

One star is too many.
I received items different to what I ordered and when I complained and asked for a full refund they said they’d refund me 10% of the order and let me keep the items (items I did not order nor want). I am still in the process of ensuring my full refund and would strongly advise you to NOT purchase anything from Pelie unless you want to lose time and money.

I ordered three items, one of which was faulty. The quality was horrendous. As the items all came from different addresses in China, it cost me £30 in postage to send them back. I did get a refund and the customer service was pretty good to be fair but I’d never ever shop there again. The website looks amazing but the quality is horrendous.
