Never received item I bought. Told me my item was delivered. It wasn’t I’be had nothing or no note through door - told to contact my local post office! Which obviously is no help. Reporting fraud

Spent £60 never received my order! Absolute scam!!

Do not order from this company I ordered two swimsuits over a month ago. Wrote to the company to complain as I hadn’t received my good and had no tracking reference for delivery. When I chased a tracking number was given and I approached Royal Mail who said the goods were returned. After writing to Pelie several times they have fobbed me off and I am now £75 out of pocket.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering 😭 very expensive mistake. Didn’t realise goods come from china, if you don’t like them it’s over £20 to return at your own expense. Customer service don’t make anything easy. Items of poor quality. Returned, only to be told I won’t get a refund as posted back just outwith 14 days, despite the products not being fit quality

A total con! They have offered me a $5 refund on a $70 order. It’s going to cost me at least £10 to ship back to China. Awful.

Please be aware of this website! It’s a scam! Items come from China. Very poor quality and if you want to claim as faulty, it’s a very long process that gets you nowhere.

Product arrived with stains on it, the quality is poor and does not look like the picture. Didn’t even bother trying it on as had no intention of wearing it but it looks tiny. Have emailed them and was offered chance to either raise a claim that will result in a replacement item or I can send back at my expense, but they don’t give you the shipping address so then have to email again asking for this, which slows the whole process down, since the response times are slow. The cost to send to china will be circa £30, which was value of the item so will not bother, just wish I had read this site before I ordered. Blatant robbery!

I received the wrong item. when I wrote to customer service I received a reply that the size is consistent with the European size.
the tag was a different size than I ordered, and the customer service lady argued with me that I should not follow the tag. so I sent them photos with dimensions that showed the real dimensions, then my complaint was accepted, but they did not want to refund me all the money only 10% and keep the item. I wrote to them that I don't need it because it doesn't suit me. So I received a proposal to order another item from the site for the price of the one I ordered. so I ordered the same product in the size I needed, after 10 days I received another wrong item only this time without a tag. once again I wrote to customer service for a return, and I received an email that if I want to send the item back, it will be at my expense. I finally got two of the same items and neither fit me and I can’t get my money back. It's a joke, I don't recommend it. !!!

They are terrible please avoid by all means , I ordered my item in September 2022, but up to now I have never received it. I contacted them several times asking for my item but they kept on saying we gonna send it . I have proof of emails forth and back . The item was to be worn on my birthday . I asked them to refund my money they refused .. it’s 6 months now , they took my money but never sent my item. They are scammers. Be careful. I’m going to expose them more on other platforms.

Terrible, avoid at all cost! My items have not been sent out for over 9 days, hot in touch to cancel my order since they haven’t bothered… I got a reply saying that it has been partially sent but couldn’t supply me with tracking information aka proof. So as I gather they want to hold onto my payment by saying I can’t cancel as it’s already on its way….

Products are poorly sized and far too small. Must smaller than U.K. or European sizes. Products take a long time to arrive and come from China. I ordered three items one of which never turned up. Customer service team are rude and unhelpful. Although the products look appealing they are terribly made and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Buyer beware - poduct not like pictured on website, looks very cheap and no free returns. Would not buy from here again!!!

Ordered three night dresses for my wedding, none of which looked like their photos. They all came from china and took weeks to arrive. To complete a return they wanted my banks name and account number which I refused to give as they should be able to refund to the card I purchased from. To return the items I had to send them to two different addresses in china which cost nearly £30 in postage.
I have received a refund now, but will never buy from them again.

This underwear set looks pretty in the photos, but in reality the fabric is horrible quality and cheaply made from China. I had an awful skin reaction after trying on (this has never happened before, I don't have sensitive skin). Not sure if this is because of the fabric being bad quality or a contaminate on it. Customer service was terrible, and they wouldn't let me return within 28 days, saying they couldn't accept a return as it's not faulty. The only reason I couldn't return within 14 days is because it took over 6 weeks to arrive, so when it was delivered I was away. Not experienced such bad customer service before. I'm left with 3 sets of underwear, all unusable.

I got totally diffrent item, cheap one from China, and diffrent size. They took my money 32 pound. Return is impossible. They cheating people ! Avoid !
