Item arrived from China, which isn’t a problem but took longer than anticipated to arrive.

Bought as a valentines present and when opened, extremely disappointed with what we found. Looks nothing like the pictures, different shade of pink and a completely different design.

Complained to customer services, who said the item and the pictures were the same set?! And to return the item refer to FAQ. Referred to FAQs and it tells you to email customer services?

Still waiting for a response for the actual returns procedure. Suggest looking elsewhere if you want an item promptly or matching the pictures on the website.

Having made a purchase and received the wrong item for one piece and not happy with the fit with another, I arranged a return of these pieces. The return terms specify 14 days from receipt. I emailed daily asking for the return address and when I received nothing back I got worried I was going to miss the deadline. But customer service eventually replied, reassured me they'd accepted my return, told me nothing to worry about and said the contract was cancelled and they'd extend the time for return if necessary. Once I received the address I was unable to post the items because of the cyberattack on the Royal Mail in Britain. I was in the post office multiple times asking when they'd be able to take international parcels again. When they finally started accepting online bookings, I send a picture of the parcel and return tracking number as requested, only to be told it was too late to return. I explained I had been misled into thinking the time wasn't running anymore and in any event I had not been able to return - but they refused to refund (yet the parcel has been sent back to them). At no point did they explain they expected the parcel within 14 days of 'receiving the return address'. Really horrible to deal with and no discretion exercised - do not use or you'll end up in difficulties.

So unprofessional and seem to believe the Consumer Rights act doesn’t apply to them - I ordered something, received the wrong item, requested the issue to be resolved and they suggested giving me 10% back (as in keep the item I didn’t want while they keep my money - what? :D) it’s a shame as their products look good but it’s not worth the hassle

Ordered a harness that looked nicely made on the site. Received some cheap, defective crap instead. Packaged skrewed into a ball into a small postal sleeve it arrived damaged and unusable. Not good quality material and stapled together??? Should have read the reviews on here first really. Trying to get a refund but they keep insisting I keep the item for 10% compensation so I've had to open up a dispute via PayPal.

I have given this company one star because you cannot award them none. I ordered a pair of black lace gloves for a funeral for which I paid £11.90. When they arrived I couldn't believe what I saw. They were nothing at all like the picture and no way could I have worn them. Quite frankly, had I seen them first I most certainly wouldn't have bought them. They are rubbish. I am not going to waste my time with this company by trying to get a refund so just put it down to a bad experience. Fortunately I had time before the funeral to order a pair from another company which luckily came on time and were just what I wanted and at half the price.

DO NOT BUY! poses as a UK company but items come from China. Sizing is ultra small not as they list. Returns extremely difficult as no UK base BUT China. Their communication is so slow then they tell you the 14 days returns have expired! Absolute deception from these thieves! A Christmas present down the pan!

One big deception. I ordered lingerie for over £50, received some cheap crap from ali express where it costs less than £10. the prices are very expensive compared to the quality of the products, everything comes from china. Returns are pointless because you will pay more for shipping than the clothes are worth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Both items I ordered arrived damaged. There is no returns information on the website. After 7 emails they told me that I had to contact the manufacturers in China, cancel the contract and return the items to them to see if they would refund me.

whatever you order if you want to return it will cost you a fortune to send back to china and will take you ages to get your money back, their website return policy is misleading.

Didn't recommend this company to buy anything. I spouse to receive my order in one week maximum and after 2 weeks of waiting I received only one set and the rest is still in China. When the order was placed and there was nothing updated then I asked for order cancellation and they refused to do that. We can order same product from china and we can pay a lot less then we paid for this company. Never will order again.

Very bad .I've placed my order on 10.12.2022 it's should arrive in 10 days I understood was Christmas and New year but yet we are in 25 January 2023 and I still haven't got my order.Contacted the customer service got a reply that my parcel got lost in China and will send another product but guess what?again parcel got lost .Asked for a refund and I haven't got ant response back.Horrible experience with Pelie stay away they use the same excuse to all customer to just get ur money and never get ur order .

Absolutely rubbish. Avoid like a plague. Ordered items before Christmas and only just turned up. Rubbish quality, poor workmanship, different to what's on their website and will never order again. Rubbish customer service and basically a company to avoid. Go to pour moi, intissimi or similar instead. Much better service from them. Again avoid this company.

I placed an order in November, never received a confirmation email, order number or tracking number, while my debit card was charged. I contacted their customer service after waiting 2-3 weeks in case order was delivered. They replied saying that the delivery attempt failed and as order went back to the "seller" they were not authorized to give me a refund or arrange a re-delivery. Total scam, stay way from this brand and their scams. Wish I had read all the other bad reviews before placing my order:(

Product never arrived and appalling customer service

AVOID THIS SHOP! I ordered a costume mask which did not fit. It had absolutely no space for a nose so you couldn't even fasten it and get it on your face. The design was terrible. I asked them for a refund and they said i had to post it back to China at my own expense. Which I did. The company is now asking for the tracking number, which I have provided and they are still not giving me my refund.

Absolutely awful product and customer service. I have ordered 2 items of the said "luxury underwear". The items are very poor quality, coming from China and look nothing like on the website. I have ordered item in blue and in came in black. I have lodged the complaint which was not accepted saying it is the same item as on the website. Also note the reviews on their website are fake and they do not post bad reviews. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Absolutely different product they have sent. Based on the high-end website I was expecting a really nicely packaged product. Instead it arrived in cheap, plastic the type you get from dodgy Chinese eBay sellers. There was even Chinese writing on the packaging.

The product itself was cheap plastic style and didn’t look anything like the product on the website.

I’ve had a look at the website again and in particular their “customer” reviews. The owner is clearly writing them herself, she’s even posted the same photo twice under two different girl names. So they’re writing fraudulent reviews!!!

I will now be contacting my bank to withhold money from them whilst sending back this piece of s*** cheap product!

The products you receive are not what are on the website. Arrived straight from China very cheap quality. You have to pay for returns yourself which Is expensive since it's based in China. I managed to argue my way back a refund but it was stressful. Stay clear

I continue the dispute with Pelie, my bank got involved. Pelie does not finalise the dispute on their side. Conversation continues but money ‘temporarily’ were brought back on my account. Until Pelie won’t finalise this situation will be sharing experience with this disrespectful seller.

Crap waiting and waiting on delivery. Con artists. Not uk based .
Please avoid like the plague.
