Pembroke was thrust on me when my existing IFA merged with them. I cannot say that I have been at all impressed with the level of service received. I guess I must be a very small fish in their very large pool.

From the initial contact with Paul Grennan who was very efficient and explained everything and then found the appropriate equity release mortgage , the whole process
has gone through seemlessly and there was always someone there to speak to if necessary. Carol Mitchell was also very helpful.

Very poor service - contracted to undertake a retirement plan which I would be charged for but after initial meetings, simply 'forgot' to do it. Chased them on several occasions and only a threat to report them to the FCA resulted in a response. Not to be trusted with the basics so cannot imagine they could do anything complex. Avoid.

Sarah has been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She got me a new deal on my mortgage renewal and then a new mortgage for myself and my partner and on our first hime together, all within the space of 6 months.
