Peninsula Windows Ltd Opiniones

Efficient from start to end. Ashley, Shane, David and Jamie were all efficient and polite. Nothing too much trouble. Went for an aluminium door instead of UPVC -well worth the extra. Great service.

We have used peninsula windows for a number years, having had two conservatories and windows and have found them to be professional in both sales and workmanship and would not think twice about using them for any future work

We would like to thank Peninsular Windows for the professional way in which they carried out the conservatory roof replacement.
From the initial ordering ,measuring up,keeping in touch, for date of installation,
The replacement was done by a first class team who were happy to answer what ever questions that arose Thank you to one and all.

Really get good service and quality products from peninsula. We have been going to them for best part of 20 years so far. Replaced windows when we bought our house and then We extended our house and went to them again. We are currently liaising with Ashley Jones about a garden pod. Find him helpful and responsive. In fact we have been impressed with all their staff from installers to designers.

Brilliant service the fitters were very professional and I could not fault them very happy with the windows and door and a reasonable price

Been a few months since Peninsula Windows came and fitted our new front door in the middle of nowhere and I am very glad to say there has not been any issues with it at all. From the initial conversation, the home visit and throughout the installation I could not have been happier. Excellent service, prompt responses, neat, tidy and professional at all stages.
Obviously highly recommend

Fantastic transformation - highly recommended!
Installers were punctual, professional and highly skilled. Exterior tiles, plastering and internal finish are flawless.
Thank you very much.

Excellent experience with Peninsula Windows. They installed a new kitchen roof, SolarLux bifold doors and internal aluminium doors. We are delighted with the outcome and would like to commend them in the highest possible terms, particularly Nia for her assistance with the design and Kyle and Ryan, who carried out most of the installation work. This is an excellent company with first-class staff. Highly recommended.

Had a new front door with arched frame and side panels to replace a cheap and nasty old one. The frame had to be a bespoke one to fit the existing opening in the brickwork.
Great service from start to finish.
Nia in particular was friendly and helpful with the choosing of the right options to give us the look we wanted. Sian who measured up knew his job exactly and gave us good options for the fitting to ensure that the door cleared the existing floor which had quite a slope on it.
The fitters themselves were friendly, polite and skilled leaving us with a completely satisfactory end product.
We would have no hesitation in using this company again for any of this sort of work.

I needed to replace two very large roof lights and had been recommended Peninsula by two other people.
First contact was with Ashley and he went on to lead the project throughout. Ashley worked well with the design and estimating team and, when we encounter some snags, ensured that a solution was found within the original budget. I was impressed by the way I was kept in touch with the project an d with the quality of the workforce.

We had a new front door fitted by Peninsula, the team were really easy to talk to and help us decide on which door would be best suited for us. We were booked in and the door was fitted by a professional and friendly team, I can’t remember the guys names but they did a fantastic job!
Trevor was really helpful throughout the process and we really happy with the service and product we received.
When we need doors or windows in the future we would definitely look to use Peninsula again

My Name is Rebecca from HCI Chartered Financial Planners in North Wales, We recently had new office doors fitted by Peninsula, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

A special thank you to Nia Hadfield, our design consultant, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

We'd also like to thank everyone else involved, from the team behind the scenes to the fitters who installed the doors. The workmanship and service were excellent, and the finished result has exceeded our expectations.

We're delighted with our new office doors and would happily recommend Peninsula to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team!

We contacted Trefor from Peninsula. to get a quote for secondary glazing. We found him very approachable and friendly, we were given a brilliant insight into what the product would look like, so we decided to go ahead and have them fitted.
The surveyor came out as promised and was very unintrusive and quick at his work.
The fitters were brilliant, they went to protect our carpets straight away before fitting the windows, they were clean ,tidy and very well organised, they also explained the mechanism and gave us a demonstration before they left to make sure we understood how to use them straight away.
I found the whole process from start to finish easy and hassle free.
We're so happy with Trefor and his team that we've decided to go with them again and are in the process of having more windows fitted .

This company is very good, especially Ashley, who is very friendly & welcoming

We would highly recommend this company. They supply very high quality and stylish products. We are delighted with our new front door and porch, it has transformed the front of our house. From our first contact with the sales team (Trefor) we were impressed. We really appreciated the lack of a 'hard sell' approach which can be so off-putting, and his advice on the slate for our porch was invaluable. The initial impression continued with every member of staff being highly professional and inspiring confidence, from the professionalism of the survey (Shane) to the sterling work of the team laying our unusual slate tiles (Jay)! And finally we could not have asked for a more competent installation team (Gareth). Everything was beautifully and skilfully finished and the disruption kept to a minimum. Thank you!

Professional approach from the beginning contact.
Design discussed to customer needs with Nia.
Questions answered.
Door delivered and fitted to schedule.

Peninsula managed a project for us, installing a large balcony, replacing some windows, replacing drainpipes and facias, rendering etc. Trefor and the team were very professional and the work was completed to a high standard. When we found that the balcony needed reinforcements due to the severe weather we sometimes have they were able to find a good solution. I would recommend this company.

From the very start when we met Ashley we knew that we would have good service and this proved to be true. All issues, and there were many, were dealt with efficiently and with ease. Once the planning was completed the building work was carried out on time by experienced workers who knew exactly what was needed to answer our needs. The aftersale experience has been excellent
Building a conservatory at our property was a great idea. Choosing Peninsular Windows was definitely the right decision

I can’t speak too highly of Peninsula Windows.
My porch roof started leaking back in December whilst I was away. The porch was installed by Peninsula more than 25 years ago. I telephoned them and they immediately sent someone to do a temporary repair.
Decided to replace the roof with blue glass. Work was completed yesterday. It looks great. I’m really pleased with it.
The whole process was straightforward. My particular thanks to John who sorted everything out and Arron
and his guys who did the fitting.
I would recommend them without hesitation

A friend recommended Peninsula Windows to me, and having had the pleasure of using the company and seeing my new front door and sliding doors installed-I can only emphasise how positive the whole experience has been from start to finish. I’m delighted with the high quality of the double glazing itself, the excellent communication and swift service, the installation process and the outstanding workmanship.
Ryan, my sales contact, was very professional, he was courteous and polite and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He offered practical advice and recommendations without any pressure or upselling. His communication and help was brilliant throughout and he followed up after the work was completed to ensure that everything was perfect. I cannot praise him enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality double glazing and for a very efficient, effective and professional service.
A sincere thanks to Ryan and the rest of the team for a very positive experience all around.
