Outstanding support and commitment to ensuring me and everyone in my onboarding team succeeded in our goal to become a TC and run our own businesses. A special mention to Dawn who ran our two week induction via Teams. She was very welcoming and approachable throughout the whole process and wanted to commend her for this, she’s a real asset to the TC recruitment team. Thank you for setting me up on this incredible journey. If you are unsure whether or not to commit yourself please take my advice and just give them a call with any questions, you won’t regret it! My onboarding at Travel Counsellors has been fantastic, and has thus far succeeded my expectations. I am now a fully fledged Travel Counsellor but couldn't have juggled the training, kids etc without the support of Dawn so a special shout out to her! Overall everyone in the business/community are super friendly and extremely supportive so you never feel alone. Launching your travel business can seem dauting and this is something I have toyed with for such a long time but I can honestly say one of the best decisions I have ever made! Excited to see what the future brings and being my own boss but with all the support of Travel Counsellors!

From start to finish my onboarding was fantastic. It was a two way process throughout but I was in no doubt that I was making the right decision. This was just reinforced by the friendliness, efficiency, helpfulness and openness of Julia. She got to know me and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. As the first impression of Travel Counsellors she’s a fantastic ambassador.

The course covers a large volume of information, which can feel overwhelming but is well put together and follows a process that lets you see your progress through the course.The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I feel confident that the help and advice/support will continue after the course is complete.

Excellent training, Julia was great when explaining how the business worked and what would be available to me. During the induction Kristina and the team were beyond fabulous and so patient, it was an intense 2 weeks but so worth it.

The process of joining Travel Counsellors and becoming a franchisee was seamless. Naturally I had many questions about the process, all of them answered warmly, openly and honestly. The communication has been flawless - I was constantly kept updated about the progress of my application, and informed with the next steps throughout.

From my first chat with Julia to the delivery of the equipment and the support from Dawn and her team during the training, everything has been excellent. You really do feel like they care and there is a real sense of community. There is always someone to ask if you need help.

The experience of joining Travel Counsellors has been absolutely superb and joyful. The staff have all been amazing, friendly and supportive from the very moment I began the discovery journey through to the training itself which is extremely well done combining face to face, video, guides and all self paced. The training platform is almost faultless. I definitely recommend this organisation and look forward to the ongoing coaching and mentoring over the next few months.

Fantastic induction experience. The team have all been so friendly and helpful and the training content is user friendly, with step by step guides. Very informative and gives a huge insight into running your business successfully and the ethos of Travel Counsellors.
No question is a stupid question and there is heaps of support from trainers and fellow TCs if needed.

I am a couple of days away from completing my franchisee induction, I can honestly say it has been full of relevant content and the help and support available has been amazing. Dawn has been a fabulous trainer and I can’t wait to get my business started, most importantly I feel confident after the training content and knowing that I have a mentor for 6 months amongst lots of other support is very reassuring.

The onboarding process is seamless, thorough and highly professional. The whole sense of “caring” is exemplary.

I am still in the process of completing my six months training, however the recruitment process and onboarding so far has been brilliant. Julia Speed was really helpful, honest and friendly , whilst ensuring I took my time to make the decision to start my new business. The discovery day at Venus was excellent, very informative and answered many questions.

We had a fantastic trainer, who made the whole experience fun, informative and enjoyable.

I was given a lot of support and afforded a lot of patience as my process of becoming a TC was likely longer than usual. Overall though, the onboarding process was seamless and I now feel that I couldn’t have joined a better company as a franchise business owner - it feels truly like home. I have thoroughly enjoyed the training, the training team are so supportive, super quick responses on any issues you have and have provided a very positive, upbeat environment to ensure you succeed.

The feeling of the TC community shines through and I’m excited to start my journey with travel counsellors.

I am still undergoing the initial 6 months training programme but so far have found the head office team and local TCs a pleasure to work with. Everyone is more than happy to help. My initial conversations prior to signing up were great. Ashley was happy to answer all of my queries and made me feel extremely comfortable - no question was too silly!

I had been out of the Travel Industry for several years when I decided to re kindle my passion for travel, I thoroughly researched several companies and eventually settled on Travel Counsellors as they had been in the business for 30 years and came across as a very professional company. Now 2 months in I can wholeheartedly say what a wonderful company I have chosen, everybody is so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and I have made many friends for life. Even though I work from home running my own business I am never alone. So if you are thinking of joining Travel Counsellors - do it - you really won't be sorry!
