Amazing place
Amazing place - jam packed with quirky and stylish excellent quality furniture. Have bought a number of pieces so far and have spread the word to friends and family who have also happily purchased from Peppermill.

Definitely worth a visit …
Visited Peppermill just to look around for bar stools. Very helpful staff and not pushy at all. Purchased 3 stools which we bought away with us. Helpful warehouse staff too.
The stools are excellent quality and look great in our new kitchen. Will return to buy a table and matching dining chairs.

Great furniture shop
I originally purchased dining chairs from Peppermill, then later a beautiful oak framed statement chair. The products are good quality & the selection is great. Something a little different, but still timeless & stylish. Customer service is friendly & prompt. I would like them to look at more competitive delivery options, as my only niggle. Peppermill quality products & service.
Peppermill were recommended to me by a high level licensed business in the Peak District who has been using you for all his furniture requirements. The Superb product quality is obvious as soon as you enter the showroom. The island & leather chairs we chose were very reasonably priced & the delivery service was superb also. I would not hesitate to recommend Peppermill to anyone, in fact I already have done so to most of the friends who have seen the furniture in my conservatory

We ordered two high old school style…
We ordered two high old school style chairs on the website, I was very happy to receive them three days later. They arrived however there was one with small damage to the box. Unfortunately, after unwrapping, one of the chairs was damaged. I contacted Peppermill and said I wanted an exchange for the damaged item. The customer services team were super helpful after I took a few photos and offered a replacement. The replacement was delivered in a few days. Even though there was an issue it was resolved quickly and customer services were great. I now have 2 bar stools in my kitchen bar area! I might order another!

Brilliant company, I couldn’t get to the showroom so they emailed me extra photos on request. Delivery was spot on, they assembled my table and took away the packaging, couldn’t ask for more!

I have shopped with Peppermill Interiors multiple times now and the service and furniture quality exceeds every time. I have recently purchased the Hammerwich chairs from them which are great and go with my table perfectly. Would recommend for anyone looking for furniture!

After ordering three bar stools via the…
After ordering three bar stools via the website, I was very happy to receive them only four days later. They arrived with DPD and were well packaged inside however there was damage to the outside box. Unfortunately, after un wrapping the stools, one of them was damaged. I contacted Peppermill and said I wanted an exchange for the damaged item. The lady in customer services asked for me to send through images of the damage but was helpful and offered to have the stool collected and a replacement re-delivered. The stool was collected the following day and a replacement was delivered a few days later. Even though it there was an issue it was resolved quickly and the customer services representative was polite. I now have three lovely bar stools that have made an excellent addition to my kitchen!

awful customer service .. its like dealing with a used car salesman
awful customer service ..
ordered a dinning table, paid extra for 2 man delivery and assembly.. the company sent the table out with incomplete bolts.. the deliveryman & the child he bought with him assembled the table and kept hush about it.. they also dropped it whilst they were assembling it. when I came to use it and it was wobbly .. first they wasted my time by expecting me to send pictures , saying just lift table to the side and take a picture .. I had to wait months before I was to get 2 ppl to help tilt the table , whilst I took the picture.. even though I told the CSA that I can feel that there's no bolt there hence why its wobbling,
once they received the pictures, the company is now refusing to come back and reassemble the table correctly or refund me the delivery .. this is a solid wood 2.5m table and they expect me to do it myself .. they literally could not care less about any mistakes they have made.. the higher management actually responded via the CSA that as the table was useable its fine.. the base of the table is wobbly. they take your money but could not care less about making sure the goods you receive are of a quality standard.
ive read all the negative reviews and they give the copy cut paste respond, but this company truly do not care about customer service . If your silly enough to shop with them , make sure you fully check your items before the deliverymen leave , my table looked fine, when I sat at it is when I realised its wobbling.. the offered me a £50 voucher .. I dont want a voucher , I want a functioning table .

At our company, we prioritise ethical and lawful employment practices by mandating that all third-party delivery couriers only employ adults who are above the legal working age. We have checked with our courier and the team who delivered your order were all above the legal working age.
We understand that there was a month delay in you reporting the issue to us after receiving delivery. However, our Customer Service team did respond to your complaint within the 48-hour timeframe. They also followed company procedure to request photos of the problem to ensure the most efficient solution for the customer. We also do understand that in order to take any photos of the underneath of the table you required someone to assist you, which caused a delay to the process. However, we are pleased to hear that the situation was quickly rectified for you after receiving the photos from yourself and that our delivery team promptly went out to re-fix the part.
We apologise for any miscommunication regarding a refund. We assure you that we take quality standards seriously and want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.

I purchased 8 chairs for one of my restaurants and most have broken, the company would do nothing about it, only interested in selling cheap products that look good with no customer service, be very careful as I have bought threee different times and all are briken and with issues, never again

Excellent service
Using the website to order a lot of items was very easy & when I rang to order a bar table, the service I received from the female staff was proactive, personable & prompt.
I was promptly advised on options available to me if the preferred option wasn't available (incl delivery times pre-Xmas) & it made the whole purchase process (£2k+) very reassuring & easy. I would definitely recommend to friend & colleagues.
