We had a great experience with Perch Peek. Slaney was on top of communicating with us, checking in and making sure we had everything. It felt like she was in our corner and on our side. She really wanted the process to go smoothly for us. Slaney was genuine and it truly felt like she was our friend helping us through the stressful process of moving internationally.

I relocated from Germany to Australia, and Slaney & Heather from PerchPeek supported me throughout the entire process. From arranging flights and temporary accommodation to helping secure a long-term place, they handled all the heavy lifting—I mainly just had to attend inspections and travel.

They were also highly responsive, even on weekends, and always available to answer urgent questions or discuss property options. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to spend time in both Melbourne and Sydney before deciding on a long-term base.

I was able to find a long-term apartment within a week of arriving in Sydney, which made the transition incredibly smooth.

Slaney helped me find accommodation that actually felt like a temporary home (not just a listing), guided me through the visa and immigration requirements with clarity. She was super helpful with advice on set up with banking and utilities (MyID etc), and always followed up to ensure that I'm on track and clear on the next steps.

What stood out most was their personal touch - like checking in with me during the first few weeks as I was settling in, sharing jokes and just being human!

The people at PerchPeek were great in helping me relocate from California to Sydney for my job. They arranged temporary housing, shipping my stuff, and finding an apartment. With their help, I moved in to a fabulous apartment within a half hour walk to the office two weeks after landing. They were very patient with my questions and always there to help. I can definitely recommend the service, and if it's provided through the employer, clients are very fortunate to have access.

In making a move from the U.S. to New Zealand, Slaney at PerchPeek was our saving grace. She was extremely kind, proactive, and helpful, helping us meet with tax lawyers in both countries, and coordinating our temporary housing, flights, visas, to-do lists, and more. Plus, of all the teams we worked with in our move, she was the most compassionate, ensuring that the timelines were doable and sensible (ie: we would likely want to move in January so we could spend the holidays with our families, versus leaving in early December). My partner and I relocated to Australia with PerchPeek's support, more specifically, counting on Heather Freeman and Slaney Otoole.
Heather helped us with finding a home and Slaney with everything else (Flights, temporary accommodation and etc). Both of them were spetacular! They were very responsive and proactive, always treating us with empathy and care.
Heather was a joy to work with! Always with a great can-do attitude and focused on finding the best house based on our requirements. She also worked hard with the renter in the contract to make sure everything was fair and good to us.
Slaney was also great to work with! Super flexible, attentive and easy to work with. The reimbursements were made super fast and she was always ready to help us in any way possible!
