My family’s relocation from the US to Australia was supported by PerchPeek, specifically Slaney and Heather. Slaney went to great lengths to support our needs around flights and accommodation. While Heather went above and beyond to find us permanent accommodation in a short space of time close to the holiday period.

Relocation is not an easy path, and I underestimated how many moving parts are involved until I went through it myself. Coming from a developing country, where almost everything in this process was unfamiliar and foreign to me, the challenge felt even greater. I am truly grateful to Slaney and Heather, who were consistently supportive and patient at every step of the journey. They helped with paperwork, logistics, trip planning, and home finding, and they always offered clear, practical information when things felt overwhelming. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness and calm attitude, especially when I did not even know the right questions to ask. Their guidance made a complex and intimidating process feel manageable, and I am sincerely thankful for their support.

My husband and I recently moved from London to Sydney and were supported brilliantly by Slaney and Heather at Perch Peek. Slaney was our relationship manager and helped us orient around everything we needed to to in advance and upon arrival. Heather led on the challenge to find us an amazing apartment in 4 weeks (during. Sydney summer and leading up to Christmas) with a specific set of criteria. She pulled it out! Found an off books place. Perfectly situated. Helped us with utilities and negotiating with the agent and the owners. And even met us at 7am on a Saturday morning upon arrival with a smile and groceries.
Can’t speak highly enough about the team and how they balanced practicalities and the human elements to a relocation.
