I have been using performance M now for the past few years and can honestly say that I could not be happier with the professional service that this company provides. I have owned many bmw cars and experienced many main dealers. Using performance M is a pleasure, it’s what you would expect from a main dealer but unfortunately never receive, they are genuinely interested in cars and providing the best customer experience possible and that’s exactly what you get! Helpful and knowledgeable staff, that have you and your cars best interests at heart. What more could you want!

My first order placed today with Daniel at Performance M for Dinan coils. Great service, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to any novice motor sports/petrol heads who's just starting out. 10/10 advice.

Absolutely blown away by the knowledge and customer service by these guys! My car was in a bad way (N55 things) and these wizards sorted it, from start to finish I was kept in the loop with regular updates of what was being carried out and what steps were needed to rectify it. The customer waiting area is fantastic too! Great place and won’t be going anywhere else with my car now.

I have always bought parts from Shak at Performance M, but I had never been in a position to let them actually work on one of my cars until now.

I finally bought a car I had been looking at for a long time — a BMW M2 Competition — and I already knew exactly what work I wanted doing to make it perfect for me. After speaking with Shak, we agreed the scope of work and the price, and I got the car booked in. I explained that I would be travelling up from Cornwall, and they were very accommodating throughout.

During the process, I dealt mainly with George and Kieran, who kept me updated the whole way through. They even called me during the work to let me know they had noticed my rear tyres needed replacing. We agreed a price there and then, and they got that sorted as well.

The whole service was seamless, and I would highly recommend Performance M to anyone looking to have work carried out on their car. Their attention to detail is excellent, the premises are spot on, and the level of service was outstanding — genuinely better than I expected.

The work overran slightly, but they still made sure I could get back down to Cornwall and even delivered the car back to me. That is service that truly went above and beyond.

I will definitely be using them again for servicing and any future work, including more modifications. Just a big thank you to the whole team.

Dan made everything understandable in what i was getting in terms of the product and future products great service everyones really helpful nice atmosphere can have a laugh with the lads they are super knowledgeable on what they are doing my experiance has been awesome would reccomend anyone with a bmw to give them a visit.

We had some injectors tested by them which I believe is not common work for them but they are equipped to do this
Kieran through out the process kept me up to date on costs and timeframes and really made an impression on me

Very fast delivery and brilliant afters ales. I purchased some items that were for a RWD model instead of my AWD, found out the hard way when I went to intsall.

After a quick phone call, and email with pictures the correct replacement was sorted with no hassle.

Brilliant Service and care from start to finish, all the staff are interested and know their stuff.

Performance M are the go to if you have a BMW. They take care of my M3 and every time Iv been they have given me fantastic service. They also carried out my crankhub mod and it’s never missed a beat.

Second time visit, still amazing standard of work in all departments! The workshop did an amazing job of upgrading the brake system and reinforcing the rear end bushes even with a slight mishap with a bleed nipple (no fault of theirs) they soon resolved the issue and helped me back on the road, the customer advisors were really helpful and chatty, kept me busy for the duration of the visit with refreshments and a Sim Rig!! All in all an exceptional place and very customer orientated! Will definitely recommend and visit again!

I visited PerformanceM for a few tasteful upgrades to my M240i, supplied and fitted by the team at performanceM.
I am very happy with the work done, it has much improved my enjoyment of an already very enjoyable car.

My self and my son have used performance m for the last two year since owing performance cars. The service is out standing, Kerion & George have so much knowledge on parts and service they always at the end of the phone to help.

I went down for a coolant change and diag on a code I had. Turns out they had the part in stock so fitted it then and there. Saved me another 4 hour round trip. Take my car here for all the problems and it’s always fixed when I leave!
