I ordered a bottle of Issey Miyake, but it arrived broken. When I got on to customer services, they sent out another bottle straight away. Unfortunately it arrived a couple of days late as a birthday present, but that is not down to Perfume Direct. Thanks so much for your help. Would highly recommend.
