I would like to make a complaint about my order. I searched for a perfume, but your app showed an aftershave instead. I accidentally ordered it because it appeared in the perfume search results.
I requested a return, but it has not been accepted. The product is unused.This has been the worst purchase experience I've ever had. The return and refund process has taken far too long, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I expected much better. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
