The container is excellent. I ordered Mojo solid perfume. I can't smell ANYTHING. I've warmed it but makes no difference. Is it just me? So disappointed 😞

Personal Note and it makes me feel close to perfume muse and their care. Fast delivery. I would like to suggest to upgrade the decant bottle so we can carry in our bag everyday.

We appreciate the suggestion about the decant bottles, we have already upgraded the 5ml decants and added a plastic seal at the top which should stop any spilling issues when travelling or putting them in your bag.
We want to make sure everyone has a great experience shopping with us and sampling their fragrances, so we are going to continue to look for new options to improve our decants and make sure they are as leak proof as possible. 💖

Order came quickly and clear care had been taken with the packaging to ensure the product arrived safely. I thought the handwritten note was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

Had a slight hiccup when ordering but Isobela made contact and it was plain sailing after that Xerjoffs Starlight is Xmas Memories lovely winter fragrance thanks to the staff

Perfume Muse is Legit
Glad to have found Perfume Muse as they have two samples of perfume I was thinking of purchasing. I was able to sample instead of blind buying which was great. Communication from the owner was quick as was shipping. If I want to sample a fragrance beforehand, I'll always check to see if a sample is available from Perfume Muse as it was a really great experience!

I would not purchase from this company. Item leaked in transit. Reached out to seller who accused me of lying in a roundabout way.

Hi Nadine, as per our email conversation, I have replied immediately to your request and offered to send you a replacement which you then refused.
I have asked for details about what happened to your order because I needed to fill in a Royal Mail claim for a damaged item, which is standard procedure whenever an item is damaged in transit.
I have never accused you of lying, I was simply trying to understand what happened with the decant as it showed no signs of damage or leaks from your pictures. I'm sorry you felt I was accusing you of lying, that was definitely not my intention.
I have offered you a solution and a replacement for your item which you've asked me not to send, and I'm disappointed you decided to leave a negative review instead, as I have clearly stated that I was happy to send you a replacement.

I love this website
They have some of the higher end scents that are harder to find samples of. Packaging was good and the seller is really sweet so I will use them again!

Amazing shop! I love how the parcel came so quickly and wrapped up safely. I love how they in cute little bottles to carry around your purse. The company is a amazing and very helpful too. Best customer service I ever had!
