Used Persil 3 in 1 for years but as soon as we started using the 4 in 1 pods, the washing machine began leaking suds out of the door. Advice we got was that the over-sudsing overwhelms the door seal ports, causing the leakage. Seal and door are new and in good condition and when I ran a cycle with no pod, there was no leak. Having said that it took me running two empty cycles to get rid of all the suds. Someone in the product testing department has clearly not done their job.

I recently bought a pack of 75 of the 'improved new formula" non bio 4 in 1 capsules and have been horrified by the horrible fragrance. At first I thought it must be the washing itself so re- washed and used a fabric conditioner with a lovely smell but STILL the washing came out smelling awful. And it is so potent you can't ignore it - it clings to the back of your throat and gives you a headache. I have used Persil non bio capsules for years and am so sad and disappointed that they have changed the fragrance for this awful alternative. Persil - please read these reviews and change back the fragrance to the old one. I will be looking for a diff product you have lost yourself a long term, loyal customer with this horrible scented update.

I have used Persil non bio for years but will have to find a new product as I cant get on with the fake smell. What were you thinking Persil? I cant use biological powders so now have a real problem. Sadly Persil cant be the solution.

We have used Persil non-bio since it came out 40 years ago. Why have they ruined it by giving it that terrible smell. Bring back the 3 in 1 please. We wont be buying the new version.

I have used non bio laundry pods for years due to how gentle they were on sensitive skin but the change in formula has caused my daughter to have a severe breakout which we are struggling to get under control. The pods also foam up too much leaving soap residue in my drum. I have binned what I have and on the hunt for a new laundry detergent that's actually suitable for sensitive skin.

Would give no stars if possible. I agree with all the other reviews about the new ‘improved’ Persil non-bio. I have used Persil non-bio for many years after Fairy non-bio ‘improved’ their product.
The new Persil non-bio absolutely stinks. I used one capsule, dried clothes outside and put over an airer to air overnight. The smell in that room was overpowering and even with door closed the smell of the new ‘improved’ Persil could be smelt throughout the house. The cupboard where capsules are kept is stinking and I had a very bad migraine due to new ‘improved’ Persil non-bio. Please do not use this on baby’s clothing and especially bedding.
I have very sensitive skin and the old 3-in-1 capsules were perfect; lovely clean and fresh smell. The new 4-in-1 should be banned as it’s not fit for purpose if people are experiencing bad migraines and severe skin problems.

Stay away from this new formula 4 chambers capsuls. I have used Persil 3-1 for years and no issue, since started using the new 4 chambers capsules, just over a month ago, I have developed a rash all over my body and it is itching like crazy. I have started washing again all my clothes with just water to remove the chemicals. Horrible,

The Nano technology formula capsules produce excess foam. Kitchen flooded, similar to other reviews. Have used for years. Now moving to another brand.

I have used Persil non bio for at least 36 yrs and found that it was excellent for my skin but since they changed the product / ingredients my skin has broken out into a extremely severe rash, all over every part of my body and face it’s intense burning..I have been to the drs numerous times for steroid creams etc it’s so severe I have been given tablets to suppress my immune system while waiting for the dermatologist..this product needs to be withdrawn as it’s not fit for purpose. I won’t be using Persil products ever again!! If I could upload photos I’d post my face and skin for all to see

Smell is like a chemical factory without ventilation, the whole house stank of the chemicals in the new persil 4 in 1 non bio capsules. ( i used to use the old 3 in 1 non bio which were fine). I wondered if the smell might fade once dry, but I couldn't wear the clothes and walk round smelling of a laundrette, it didn't fade. I then tried running clothes through extra rinse cycles, after 3 cycles of rinse the water was still foaming and still smelt overpowering. How do you wash this stuff out of the clothes! I found another brand and washed the persil smelling clothes with that but I can still smell the lingering persil even afterwards. Even the bag itself on my work counter gives me asthma wheezes. It triggered my asthma and the clothes made my skin itch. I am so disappointed. Was a customer for over 30 years.

OMG the 'new improved formula' tabs stink. I bought some yesterday and even though they are still sealed and ticked away in a cupboard I could smell them as soon as I opened the bedroom door this morning.

I have used persil non bio liquid tabs for the past 15 or more years as it was the only washing tablet/solution that didn’t flare up my eczema. Sadly since the new formula was introduced my eczema is the worse it has been in years, on my face and my hands. So much so it’s now impacting my sleep. I’ll have to start experimenting to find a new washing powder. Such a shame, I was a customer for life!

I have used Persil Non-Bio for years due to skin irritation. The new smell is over powering and disappointing.
I will be looking to change my washing tabs for something that is less smelly and irritating to the nose!

The new scent of the nano pods are disgusting, so strong and give me a headache. Such a shame I loved the old scent. Please bring them back!

The new formula 'over foams' causing foam to escape through the dispenser drawer and flooding my kitchen floor in foamy water. I called out an engineer to repair my washing machine only to discover that the overfoaming was causing the problem. After over 35 years of using this washing tablet I have had to switch to a new non-bio brand!!

The new 4 in 1 non bio stinks. One load and you can smell it throughout the house.

The new pods perfume has triggered my allergies, it also is way to strong and not as nice as the 3 in 1 I've had to stop using it after many years.

The scent in the new formulation of Persil Colour 4 in 1 is overwhelming! After 3 days of having all the windows open and fans going the clinging smell is still there. I binned large 34 wash pack after just 1 wash

New Persil 4in 1 are awful - they don’t rinse out on a normal cycle. Fragrance is far too strong. Loved 3in1, there was no need to change without a choice, forcing us up to an inferior product that we didn’t need. Considering switching from Persil after a lifetime, especially no the fragrance has changed to- what is left to stay for!!!

I have always used Persil non Bio soap powder for many years however on swopping to the washing pods I developed dermatitis which required a steroid cream. I gave them to my sister to try and she also developed a rash. I would avoid totally if you have sensitive skin.
