Quality products at a fair price to help you grow your business.
Ruby sources quality products. Yes, you can buy cheaper, but if you value the recipients of your hard work, you want to give them the best, right?
If someone wants cheap tat, they don't need to seek out a gifted crafter, they can pop along to pound store and pick up something. It won't be tested as rigorously as the products sold in Crafters Den, it won't hold up to wear and tear and it certainly won't be valued by the recipient. I craft mainly for friends and family, but because I only use quality products that circle is widening with my circle asking me to make things for their circle. I think this is the best accolade a business can have, it helps other businesses to develop.
Prices are fair for the quality, delivery is super quick and the response from Ruby and her team is second to none. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Ruby and her team are always very helpful.
Dispatch and delivery is really quick and items have always arrived well packaged.
Lots of variety on the website and Ruby always works hard to get new items that are not already on the market and also spends A LOT of time designing her own fabulous items.

Have had excellent customer service repeatedly
Have had excellent customer service many times from Ruby and Angela and neither have complained that anything I asked was too much. Love visiting the unit although generally my bank account doesn't enjoy that visit 100% reliable and worth visiting for wholesale blanks
