Excellent, but lost one star because of poor website.

The delivery was fast. Although I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the chair. It was very stiff to assemble and there was some marks on the legs of the chair.
I sent pictures to customer services and was told it was the wood affect. However the marks were blue so definitely not the wood grain. I was very polite when I requested a refund and I don’t feel like the staff were overly friendly and was told that the marks on the chair wouldn’t effect the use of the chair but that’s not the point. Was expecting it to be better quality so i am disappointed i’m afraid. Now im £21 down as they don’t refund you delivery or the extra for personalisation so now on the hunt for a new chair.

Had a clapperboard personlised with production company name in red. Awesome job. I love the black and white traditional clapperboard. It looks good and saves me writing my production company name on the board . Its all a lot cheaper than most I've seen and the thing is if it gets broken or damaged its cheaper to get another one from this company than pay out for another more expensive one

After all Its a tool for reference for post production editing so why do you need something more expensive. Also a lot of others don't let you get one printed with what you want if you need to change something on the board to what you require. Nice job. Will get another one just in case I do break it as you never know when you travel. Thanks very happy. 😊

I bought as a gift a director’s chair for my friend in Greece. I was charged a total of £162.19 GBP. There was no mention of any taxes when the item would arrive in Greece. Later I was asked to pay an additional 160 euros for the gift to be delivered to my friend. When I called the company they explained that they were sorry but could not help me. They claimed they did not know of this additional cost at the time I placed the order. Consumer rights require informed consent. I did not know that the price I paid was not the final. A business that does not know and does not care takes us back to the time before consumer rights! So customers be ware!
