Very upsetting experience with Pest Force. George Bowstead arrived to provide a quote, but after I opened the door, he looked at me and immediately walked away without speaking to me or confirming the appointment.
I am disabled and unable to communicate verbally. When I quickly called him, he claimed he thought he was at the wrong address, despite making no attempt to confirm my name or address before leaving.
I found the experience humiliating and disrespectful. I submitted a formal complaint to Pestforce but have not received a response.

Update: He said he wasn't aware that I was disabled. That's just an excuse.
I'll remember that, if I need to dial 999, I must tell them I'm disabled, or the paramedics might not treat me.......

I would highly recommend pest force. I called yesterday and spoke to malc regarding ants in one of my rented properties and they came out the morning after and treated the problem area. Great communication and service afterwards explaining what treatments were used and a second visit if needed.

Jack did an amazing job with my mouse problem. He was able to attend very soon after I called, and on first visit investigated the property thoroughly, laid bait and traps, answered my endless questions, and explained clearly all the logic behind what he was doing and what the further plan would be, which I found very reassuring. On second visit external proofing was completed and he answered lots more questions. I was quite anxious about the mice and Jack has given me a great deal of peace of mind, on top of all the practical knowledge and solutions!

Brilliant company. Quick, attentive and efficient with friendly staff who keep one informed.

Very friendly. Explained what he was going to do. Managed to get the bird out without taking fireplace off within 5 min and released the bird outside. A job well done.

We had a squirrel problem and Louise from Pestforce was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. Thanks to her hard work, all 6 squirrels were successfully caught and dealt with efficiently.

Louise kept us informed throughout the process and was always punctual and courteous. It’s never pleasant dealing with a pest issue, but she made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louise and Pestforce to anyone needing pest control services. Excellent service and great results!

Absolutely fabulous. So professional and friendly. It did take four visits to clear the loft. Removed all the critters, cleaned and treated the area.
It’s been two weeks since the last visit and no recurring activity. Well worth the money. Would recommend pest force in the future. Excellent service.

Rang Pestforce as we had a furry visitor who made himself comfortable and didn't want to leave, tried the usual over the counter stuff including electric devices, nothing worked. Joe came round did a survey and left traps and bait boxes, within days Bingo got it
During the survey two holes were found which will be fixed to hopefully deter entry in the future. Would definitely recommend Joe and his team if you have any unwanted guests problems.Thamks Joe
