A huge thank you to Rajbir from Pestology for the incredible service today. Arranged via One Housing, the process was seamless from start to finish. Rajbir was so understanding and kept us informed every step of the way. He did a brilliant job sealing entry points on the ground floor and was incredibly respectful of our home. We cannot recommend this company enough. We are looking forward to seeing him again for the follow up on April 30th to finish the first floor!

In urban areas rodents are a fact of life. Don’t waste money on the amateurs. Pestology mix science, engineering and studied animal behaviour to come up with a long-term outcome of riddance. Absolute top class service! Special thanks to Gully, Mike and Daniel.

Arek did a great job internally rodent proofing our old house. He was really thorough in identifying every gap and hole he could and was a very easy and nice person to have in the house all day. Also had external proofing and a survey, similarly really nice and competent people. They are clearly really committed to resolving these problems for the long term.

Pestology has just completed reproofing our loft It took several days working around the Christmas and New Year holidays but very pleased with the result. Loft was totally cleared, cleaned, sanitized then proofed before new insulation installed. Marcin was the mainstay working long days. He was reliable, friendly and conscientious. He explained what he was doing each day. All rubbish was removed and collected.

Paulina was very good at her job and she made sure she was communicating and explaining the problem to me the whole time. She was also very helpful.

I had an amazing experience with Pestology yesterday. Their member of staff Paulina went above and beyond to ensure that my home was protected from any rodent activity.

Marek did a great job today, he was timely, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. He came to inspect and maintain the life-changing and effective valve Pestology had installed in our manhole to get rid of rats for ever - rats appeared suddenly in our walls, ceilings and under the floorboards in 2020. We are a much happier household since Pestology sorted this problem for us half a decade before and continue to look after us to ensure we continue to be rat-free.

Amazing work carried out by Oskar, Arek & Darek this week in resolving our rodent problem. From the outset, they were approachable, polite & friendly. They worked soo hard throughout the day barely stopping for a break! More importantly, they respected our home. Yes, they were expensive & there was a lot of disruption. However, we’ll have no hesitation in recommending this Company to family & friends! Thank u Pestology!!! ☺️

Very happy with service from Paulina today

Marek was very prompt in turning up for our appointment (at 07:30am) and was in charge of giving our carpeted floor a very thorough clean. Marek was excellent in dealing with giving the area a good hoover, rooting out as much ingrained dirt from the previous workers as possible. After that, he then proceeded to wash the carpet
completely, leaving it nicely damp and not soaking. Marek worked diligently only stopping to take one or two breaks in between and proudly invited us to take a good look at his handiwork. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Pestology is not cheap but the service is excellent. Our engineer, Mac, did a fantastic job, well explained and on time with no fuss or mess. We look forward to a rodent free future.

This company worked really hard to solve a rat problem. Greg and his colleagues took a lot of care over their work and were generous with their time. Greg was very knowledgeable and persistent and found the source of my rat problem. He explained it all very clearly. He enjoys his work and takes pride in it.

We had a great experience with Pestology. Unlike many others in the market, they clearly know what they’re doing. After buying our flat, we discovered a serious rat problem - rats were coming in from the sewers and nesting under the floor. A survey confirmed there was no manhole access on the property.

Gulliver was straightforward and knowledgeable. He explained that the only guaranteed solution was to dig out, install a new manhole, and fit a one-way gate to block the rats. It wasn’t cheap, but it worked. It’s been over a year now and no signs of rats since the works were done.

We tried three companies and this was the only company that appeared to know what they are actually doing when it comes to rat infestations. They are pricey but they solve the problem long term by doing both the internals and drain work. I am very grateful to them for giving us peace of mind.
